*overclock(i)ness
I don't play games, but build my PC workstations to be overclockable at all levels. The big fat graphics adapter does CUDA and the more RAM it has the better.
I don't need the overclocking but the components used in the motherboard like power rails and capacitors make the whole thing much more robust and reliable.
So the relatively high price I pay, is earned back because the machine lasts longer and is pleasantly responsive with newer software that generates a higher load (or has become more bloated again).
One of those builds I actually underclocked a bit to silence it.

If you can choose your RGB values by manually tweaking the "255, 255, 255" to something like: "230, 180, 255," you can make the whites match. It takes time, but I have made a very yellow, and a very blue "white" match each other. If it seems yellow, bring down green a lot and red a little. If it seems too blue bring down blue just a hair and then you may need to bring down green as well.
Sometimes they are really far off. I think white on my Logitech keyboard is like "170, 145, 255" but it looks perfect after taking the time to tweak it.
