The Activity Report is one of our most popular reports. It gives you a complete picture of all raised invoices, whether paid or unpaid. You can use this report to track pass redemptions used in a specific timeframe. The report also gives you the opportunity to check staff commissions and keep up to date with your invoicing.
As is the case in many of our reports, you can filter the data you want to see in the report, including date range, staff, and location. However, the Activity Report allows you to dig a little deeper to examine particular payer invoices, services, passes, and inventory.
This video will demonstrate the various functionalities available in the Activity Report. It will illustrate how to track daily redemptions, manage raised ad hoc invoices, and effectively calculate staff commissions, which is a commonly used aspect of the report.
