According to the girls on one of their livestream, they trained for 4 years until they debut and they are still training until now. If they don't have shoots, events,performances they are training still.

Although it is a small detail, they all have ponytails or bunched-up hair that all flick away in sync to accentuate their head movements, and add that extra flair and flourish to their performance.
