I like that core and the way you describe the layout options for different bowlers

I haven’t owned a dv8 or hammer ball since the Hitman and the Statement. ( Really loved the shape and hitting power of the Statement. )
I have watched all of your series thus far on the new layout system for no thumb bowlers like myself. I am intrigued and very much pleased to see a company dedicated to our styles of bowling. I always feel left out being a one handed two finger bowler.
ATM I am watching everything I can find on adding and replacing pieces in my current 900 global arsenal. Widow 3.0, Hammer Effect, do these balls crossover each other or compliment as ball 1 and transition?
Lastly I am practicing with a Pitch Black to attempt to square up and add urethane to my bag of tricks. My team mates throw urethane and I begin to struggle with the carry down during game two. My objective is to throw fire with fire purple hammer or NU. Other option is jump left and avoid with 3.0 or Effect. Thoughts on those balls and my current game plan situation? Maybe adding all 3. Thank you again for your work and time. 🎳

glad to help! 3.0 and Effect are both very strong. 3.0 is earlier and smoother, especially at box finish. Effect is a small step down with a much longer/stronger reaction, but overall they are toward the top of the bag. if you get them both you will want a tall-pin layout on Widow and a low-pin (DOT) layout on the Effect.
Not too many PSOs are familiar with the Trouble Maker layout system, so if you don't drill your own stuff, make sure your PSO is up to date!
IF you bowl mostly on house shots, i would say NU Blue. If you do a lot of tournament bowling, especially on harder/flatter patterns, then I would say Purple Hammer. a strong ball with surface like 3.0 is a good way to combat teammate carrydown.
