As for covid, i work in health care and i too caught it from my patients. I watched as many as 10 people die each day at work. Some times i'd have 2 or 3 people passing on at the same exact time. Nothing more i could do but keep them comfortable and let them know i was right there. I was off work for 3 weeks because that thing surely came for me. People need to be carefull because your viral load maybe alot more compared to someone else and the impact on your will be very different from someone else. Covid is like a torture demon.

Hey Lydia! Thanks for the prayers. Much appreciated. Vitamin C supplements are in most chemists. You can find chewable ones (like the ones we were using before), or the ones you dissolve in water. There are even others you swallow with water like a pill. All the best! 🌟💐

Pole kwa covid dear. Yes writing down the exercises is a good idea..I used to do that..I need to get back once I find good pregnancy workout..I'm also taking vitamin c n E but for BP.. I was hypertensive in the last month of my previous pregnancy so my gynae prescribed the supplements to control it this time around. I think I got covid last year cause I had a bad cold n lost my sense of smell..hadi leo I can't even tell if my babies have pooped 😄I have to keep checking.
