Other then learning how to Conserve Stamina well all you really gotta know is just how things work. (like what certain chara or Sans attacks do to avoid them or use them better). Though if you want to get into more complex stuff just use characters like hardtale And classic. Those guys have some wacky things you can do.

"Disbelief as a very ~special~ -attack-, here's a way to dodge it"
"If you see a -blue attack-, just dont press a moving button, even when using an ability that makes you move"
"If you see an ~orange attack~ just do the opposite, try to move even when using an ability than forces you to stay still"

disbelief has a very normal attack

@@PersimmonGuy I just said to tell you you only need to be pressing the move button to take or dont take damage on blue or orange bones, not moving or standing still

If you stay still you recover stamina faster. When you get charas away from you I recommend doing that.

This is one of the tips i knew about before going into the game, but i can see why you thought i wasn't aware of that. I had some pretty bad stamina conservation in these rounds!
