Small correction: The Patch does not remove the Solver, it stops Cyn‘s influence on Solver hosts. Nori and Yeva are still able to use the Solver, but Cyn is unable to control them.
What I don't understand is, if Nori and Yeva got the patch, why did their children inherit the solver powers but NOT the patch they got? Did the file transfer go wrong or smth?
@@X-SPONGED Can you elaborate on your ''but NOT the patch they got'' line? Did you meant to say why the parents got the patch but their children didn't?
@@X-SPONGED It's pretty simple. The children came wwaayyy after. The scene of Nori & Yeva was a flashback. A flashback far in the past. So, the children were born way after. The children did try to get to the patch in EP7 but unfortunately both of them failed. Doll died trying to find it & the Solver (controlling Uzi) cracked the patch after N decapitated Cynessa (the robot & corpse abomination) in the same EP! Did i clear your confusion?
@@MeethaMadina1263 >Gets experimented on >Temporarily become Cyn's host >Gets patched, idiot >Fucks up the planet's core >Goes to the surface >Marry Khan >Have a kid >??? >Die I still don't understand how Nori having Uzi later in life makes it so that the patch doesn't also get passed down onto her. It's like me cloning my phone and then the antivirus from my old phone got left behind for no reason and didn't transfer to my new phone.
What I like about your friends is that they are actually paying attention and reacting to the show. Most people on youtube who react to this show don't even know the characters name and they are just doing it for the views. I wish I had friends to watch murder drones with lol.
"The fact i had to ask you for info [was annoying]" I totally get that btw. I'm an immense fan of murder drones, and i LOVE the non-linear narration with very very small details / foreshadowings hidden everywhere (im still losing my mind at how Cyn being the person who made the drones being literally indicated in EPISODE 1??) But i totally get it can be a turnoff, due to how hard it is sometimes. I mean, it's like my 8th or 9th time watching the show, this time with you guys, and im still figuring out new things, getting new theories, etc. I love it!! But i get it can be frustrating
I love seeing your friends get heavily invested in this series. They weren’t just zoned out, but genuinely watching and paying attention. They asked questions to better understand, and I think you gave the fandom some new people to have pay attention to every little detail. The fact they were wanting to see it because you talk about it so much as well makes me happy. Those are some good, but somewhat stupid, friends. Also, props to you for explaining everything and not blowing a gasket when they were just being stupid over N and Uzi’s scene in episode 4. I would’ve been a lot less calm about it, in all honesty.
@@nehalarafa8260 I probably worded that a bit poorly. I wouldn’t be able to move on and would say “you guys are missing the emotional epicenter of the episode.”
42:51 "Background character whose head is perpetually on fire" has been my favorite media trope for years now, and the fact that I've only ever seen it done twice pains me.
I have binged murder drones 23 times and watched at least 10 full series reactions. I am not insane, I am enlightened by Liam Vickers. Update: I have watched murder drones 37 times, and watched 25 reactions. I have now fully unlocked the secrets of the universe, yet I still can't find out why I love this show. Update 2: I ran out of reaction youtubers that provide commentary, so I started rewatching them. I rewatched Murder Drones 47 times, and I watched a total of 30 reactions. I have learned color theory and am improving my art to draw MD stuff. I am currently working on hand anatomy because I decided to start working on drawing hands before it becomes a problem. Update 3: watched md 65 times and reactions 50 times. Improved my art game and started drawing Cyn in various poses to practice. I ordered a JcJenson pen to become one with the company. I am currently watching ep5 while writing this, and am waiting for the gala massacre scene. Update 4: 80 md rewatches, 70 reactions. Drawing is going better, I am improving my shading. Summer break started so I have extra time for MD stuff. The JcJenson pen has arrived and it's quality is supreme. I have infected my best friend and now he watches murder drones every week. The community has split between people that believe that there will be season 2 and people that don't. I believe there will be a season 2 unless the final episode is 40+minutes wrong, because there is too much to wrap up. Update 5: 94 rewatches, 89 reactions. I drew Cyn eating a mango :) . I noticed briannorman1750's reply to this comment and decided that it might be a good idea. Instead of an N plush, I ordered a Doll (R.I.P) animatez, since she is my 2nd fav character. I drew Doll and made a shrine for the animatez. The animatez is normally besides my monitor, but every Sunday I place it in the shrine and pray. The animatez has given me a zip bomb that can destroy the solver, but since Cyn is my favourite character, I shall hide the PC with the zip bomb in a black hole, knowing that the silly will remain supreme for eternity. Also, summer break started, and I'm going to a new school in 2 months, so hopefully I find someone who has similar interests to me. I also have much more time to spend on MD stuff and hang out with my friends. There probably won't be more updates for like 2-3 weeks, unless something important happens, so I wish y'all the best summer break! Update 6: 120 rewatches, 115 reactions (not crazy since it's been a month). I visited Ireland for a week and found some md lovers, we hung out often and it was great! I came back home and managed to make a Cyn drawing that I'm actually kinda proud of. I met a girl who watches murder drones and other indie shows, so I'm happy I finally have someone with similar interests as mine in my home country. We plan on doing a md binge soon. School is starting in a month so I feel a little nervous, but my birthday is in a few days so I will have time to not think about problems and maybe get some cash :D . Still waiting for episode 8 teaser, I hope it comes out next month, even tho it might not since glitch has to work on 3 shows at the same time. I just realise how weird this particular comment is but since I'm so deep into the edits I figure that I will continue, but less frequently. My summer break is going nice and I hope y'all have a nice summer break too. Update 7: 157 rewatches, 140 reactions. Episode 8 came out 3 days ago, and I liked it really much, a lot of people say that it is too fast paced, but I think the whole of murder drones is fast paced (except the 2nd episode). AJ DiSpirito made banger music as always and the animation is incredible. I didin't like Cyn's new look at the end of episode 7 but honestly, I really like how she looks and how she was animated in this episode. The Cyn animatez and plushie came out, and I'm definetly buying them. I watched the finale with a couple of my friends and there was a bunch of screaming. I think V should've stayed dead or at least returned in a bad condition, her comeback was kinda cheap but it felt natural after about 2 minutes of screentime. I like how J stayed as a douchebag since I don't think there's enough time to make her redeem herself in a way that doesn't feel weird. The end of the final fight was good but I think it would have been better if all of the main characters killed Cyn together, instead of Uzi making a split second decision and getting lucky. I'm glad that Cyn is still alive in Uzi's body and I hope there will be a 5 minute short or something showing Uzi's life now that she has to put up with Cyn being sassy. In short, absolute end was absolute cinema. Also school starts in 2 weeks so that's kinda sad, but my art has gotten really good and I am considering buying a wacom and switching to digital art. Update 8: 171 rewatches, 156 reactions. The fandom is still alive, but just like any other fandom after their show ends, they start nitpicking small mistakes and have arguments on reddit. Luckily that didn't last long and the community (except twitter) is pretty chill. All the important people are still here, and the toxicity has toned down. School started and I hang out with 2 guys in my class who watch MD. The animatez has arrived and is hungry for flesh, she is well fed. Currently picking up blender as we will have 3d moddeling classes next semster and am planning to make some MD stuff. I draw my friends MD stuff as they are not into art. I am so happy that the interest in the show hasn't died and that the fandom is standing strong. Also thx to all the kind people in the replies! Update 9: 206 rewatches, 170 reactions. The fandom has healed a little bit, people are not as nitpicky as before. Some big project by 50 MD youtubers is coming out tomorrow, I hope they don't overhype it or people would have too high expectations. We're making a complete series fandub for an english project and we have introduced 1 more friend to MD. School is going great and we hang out often.
I had an episode of extreme obsession for like a month to the point that my academic performance tanked noticeably because of this show. I'm not insane.
Also the line in ep5: "You will not have to discard your pets and I will not discard you", hits different now. Meaning Cyn using Tessas drones as tools and Tessa as a Skin Suit. And just to throw more theories in the room: In ep5 when Cyn reboots, on her visor you can see a textbox asking her to give control to the solver with a Yes and No option, so the real Cyn might have given the solver control by choice and might still be in there.
Same but probably 15 times I have zero merch though I really wanna look into getting some merch I have literally my made my own OC and I have literally watched every single episode from episode one up to episode six like 20 times by now recently I’ve watched the new episode number seven quarterly, I have done a bunch of stuff Bailey drawing my own a use and stuff on paper and on games to the point where I swear I have dreams about murder drones stuff And I started it December so I’m more new to the fan base but still
21:31 One one hand, I can appreciate the level of attention that drew away from the animation errors so they aren't too noticable, and I know that it's a pilot so it doesn't have the same level of quality as the rest of the series. On the other, I hate that *I now cannot unsee that.* Also interesting tidbit, we already saw Nori get cured from the Solver with the patch. The crucifix seemed to not just block the solver’s influence, but also allow Nori full access to its powers. This would also make sense as to why the solver started killing hosts, as it didn’t want another super-powered drone to fight back against it (and hey, if it dies or gets possessed, it works out for the solver either way). So basically, the crucifix gives an infected drone all the benefits of the AS with none of the drawbacks (aside from overheating maybe). Final comment, Dronecut on RUclips is a great theory crafter for MD, he basically hit all the important stuff like how the AS is actually the base AI for a worker drone OS to go over as well as the hints at Tessa being non-human. Highly recommend them if anyone wanna listen to some theories.
i don't think that's how animation errors work. i'm no animator but i imagine it's more of the other way around: because its in the back and practically hidden is WHY the error exists in the first place. one would think that if anyone on the team knew an animation error existed, they'd patch it up instantly, leaving only the ones that the team *didn't* notice
Huh, it’s kinda neat seeing a perspective on the show for someone who hasn’t seen each episode around 12 times. I wonder if this show is the type where it has to roominate in the mind for a while.
The episode weren't released in bulk. It's meant to ruminate for awhile. That's how the fandom kept itself alive. Fan theories, osts, animatics. Can't make theories if there's not much hidden details that you have to reconsider.
I feel like Episode 3 is definitely what sold me wholesale on Murder Drones. Episode 1 was a great introduction, Episode 2 set the mood, and Episode 3 was where the comedy really starts to shine.
The one thing that doesnt get much focus with uzi is the fact that shes actually a really skilled engineer. Shes capable of messing with robots heads using things she tinkers with, and has a general understanding of how the drones work to the point shes capable of using her body for things it wasnt normally designed for. I think its meant to show that she has a level of self awareness of her own and others bodies that the other drones dont have and understands it to the point of being able to use it to her advantage. In other words, if you translate her knowledge and skills to how a human would work, she was already a witch before she was even aware of the curse, which is why the other drones are so scared of her.
Ooo I’ve never heard of that angle before! I usually just chalk up the fact she’s an outcast to the fact she’s social awkward and-or “too intense”. I’ve literally never thought about her knowledge and the extent of it being part of the reason why drones are leery of her. Possibly it can go a bit deeper than that even. Most drones don’t have Uzi’s knowledge, but the humans - notably technicians and such - definitely did. The drones might be on edge because that’s pretty direct reminder of humanity, or they could be edge because humans regulated drone self-repair and manipulation/manufacturing very heavily and it’s kind a kind of taboo. Small tangent: what if Nori is also partly responsible for Uzi’s outcast status? From what we’ve seen, Nori pretty much was Uzi, and I very much doubt she was popular what with her whole deal, so when she had a kid who was like her…? Bad jutsu, that’s what.
"Fun" (well, maybe fun...) facts: much of Murder Drones is directly inspired or taken from the creator's previous stuff. This is pretty obvious to anyone who has seen Liam Vickers Animation. What is much lesser known is the fact that this rabbit hole goes infinitely deeper, with their existing an older channel known as SSTWL (scary story time with liam) which is the true origin point of basically every trope and general concept we see in MDs from the deep eldritch nightmares, playing with memories, many of the settings (particularly the manor in Ep 5), the very concept of the Solver and its powers, entire character archetypes, and the weird, almost sort of haphazard yet still amazing way everything is fitted together. Another "fun" fact: MDs is on the far tamer side of things when it comes to distressing and violent content that the creator has produced when you consider SSTWL (which has a meta story just as complex as the actual ones, even the discords (plural) dedicated to it having lore about as deranged as you might expect). This is pure, outright horror, as the title implies, and the media of audio allows for much more graphic scenes then animation. In all: It is only able to be found by going down a rabbit hole in a dark corner of a seemingly innocuous community Has convoluted and obscure "lore" that often is incomplete or deranged, both from a meta sense and not Devoted group of questionably sanity dedicated to attempting to chronicle and preserve this, will fail Actively forgotten by all those involved in its creation Emotionally distressing The more you dig, the more you find No seriously does this rabbit hole have a bottom? Basically, this stuff is the Murder Drones equivalent of Cthulhu.
I remember watching his old animatic of Internecion Cube after watching MD and finding out that DAYUM was his previous work really graphic. Although I'm probably making a bad comparison since MD has similar levels of gore, just with it using robots instead of blood and guts (at least until episodes 6/7).
@@SmartToaster4K Yeah MDs is... a bit tamed down in a lot of aspects, up until the last few eps. The intensity of gore and general distressing content you have in SSTWL stories is generally at the same level as the highest points in MDs and IC... as a rule, a default, the standard. These are pure horror, any comedy is mostly incidental, and death is not at all the worst fate that befalls the reoccurring cast of characters starring in these stories. Frankly that is one of the barriers of entry, combined with the truly thick layers of obscurity and complexity that wraps the channel and its meta history, to the point that frankly I would probably need to give newcomers a 10 minute rundown just to get them initiated. Even getting to the discord (anchor of the remaining community as this channel is long officially abandoned) is a maze and a half.
1:56:32 At first, Cyn was gonna kill everyone except for Tessa, except Tessa interfered with the Gala massacre. "Stand back! THIS is a citizen murder!" When seeing this, Cyn says "You didn't have to see this" Implying she could've lived instead of interfering with the Gala massacre, and with that, Cyn kills Tessa.
@@Bolly650on the contrary, there’s no evidence Tessa lived past the gala. It makes more sense that Tessa was killed with everyone else there, considering J slammed the door on her under the Solver’s control. Edit: Correcting myself before I get flamed. In episode 6 there’s a picture on the screen “Tessa” uses to show N which has the aftermath of the Gala on it, where Tessa is still alive and traumatized
1:55:02 Okay, so, lore. The cockroach was created as the key to the labs, and as you can see in episode 4, Uzi found the bug on the corpse of another worker drone. This worker drone was dressed up as a worker from the Cabin Fever labs as Nori and Yeva were, so that drone was a Cabin Fever worker. The dead drone took the key-bug with her, but was killed, assumedly by Cyn earlier, and Uzi found the Key-bug on her corpse moments before Doll did. Tessa/Cyn recruited Doll to acquire the key-bug, because it needed a Cabin Fever worker to activate it. It scanned Uzi’s face and welcomed (002) back, showing the chat logs from Nori. In episode 6, TesCyn tries activating the key-bug after taking it from Doll, but it says “Invalid User”, because neither Tessa or Cyn were authorized by the Cabin Fever labs to enter. That is why the bug was where it was, why Doll was there behind her, why Cyn was in that same room when she was, and why Cyn needed Doll or Uzi to activate the key-bug to enter the labs. Thank you for attending this lore session with the Murder Drones lore-keeper.
And also, the “Zombie Drones” tape didn’t let Uzi hack into N and V, it was just the video we see at the begging of episode 5. Uzi was able to hack into N and V’s memories by using her mind hacking technology bits she used to take Braiden’s sentience in episode 2. You can see the little white circles with the red bits on the sides of both Braiden’s head, and N and V’s heads.
I love how episode 4 is easily the most lore-filled video in a lot of ways (especially if you look closely at a lot of stuff) and it was somebody's least favorite episode Especially when you start going down the Serial Designation S rabbit hole
As a hard core fan that I am of Murder Drones, there was some stuff I didn’t notice until you pointed it out. Like how Cyn/Absolute Solver was watching N and Uzi the whole time and Tessa being alive(?) after the gala. This video overall made me really happy and I love how your friends really were engaged in it and reacting to scenes that I too thought was funny. I also love the fact that your buddies asked a lot of questions and figured things out such as Tessa being used as a skin suit. Absolutely ecstatic to see you and your friends again to watch the finale!
50:13 Doll decided to kill every single person that was competing for prom queen, so that the only choice that Lizzy would be able to choose is V, allowing Doll to have V in her trap, allowing her to kill V during prom. but then N and Uzi crashed all that. The reason Doll wanted to kill V was because V killed both of her parents.
I like how your friends are giving commentary but overall paying attention to the show. They're also engaging and asking questions to better understand (even if they did laugh through the Nuzi scene). I hate when I watch people react to a show and they aren't paying attention to the point where they'll miss entire moments or not even know who the characters are. Your friends sound nice as well for being willing to give the show a try because you like it a lot. I totally get the issue with non-linear storytelling though. I personally love it as it gives me even more of a reason to rewatch episodes for clues but for more casual watchers it can be somewhat confusing. Heck, there are still some things in episode one that I'm noticing since the most recent episode dropped. I love Murder Drones for this, it makes it feel like it was VERY well thought out in the beginning stages of development and you can tell Liam had a very clear direction for the show.
31:55 Somebody here mentioned Portal - this was actually how I got into Murder Drones. I’ve played a lot of portal, but my brother hadn’t, so he showed me this clip, because it sounded like GLaDOS but he wasn’t sure, and when I got to 31:30 I was literally like “Why is that GLaDOS’s voice?” I was then very interested in MD after he showed me that because MD looked very cool.
Take good care of him, or else a emo edgy angsty worker drone infected with the Absolute Solver might appear on your doorstep. I don't know if it happens on 100% of cases though. 🤔
The fast paced story is the biggest critic of the show especially for people who donts want to analyze every detail to understand something But some people like me realy like to deeply analyze stuff to get the point and craft a story and if u know smb that is like that, tell em about the show cause im sure they will like it
As a fan of this series since release day one, 2 years back, I'm so unfathomably happy for the attention it's been garnering! Alas, I have no merch, being a mere incompetent "child" and such, but you would have no idea how much I would have if I could. But again, happy that your love of it is getting others interested in it, hope my love for it can do that one day, lmao.
Apologies for the really long comment but... I got 6 things i wanna say about this masterpiece of a video because i just like this video so much. 1. As a person who is also a crazy MD fan to the point where i'd watch the whole season everyday & learn many things, i am SO HAPPY that i found You & Your amazing Friends. You're an ABSOLUTE genius & a Huge brain when it comes to MD lore. mean, me, i know SO much about MD's. Nearly everything. However, i still had a lot to learn about MD's y'know? Because of how every new episodes just brings more questions than answers. xD But after watching this video, i myself learned a lot from you, Kyzerz. So, thank you! I appreciate you brotha. :) 2. The chemistry between you & your crew is just... Cheffs kiss. 😘👌 Love it. You & your friends are big brained & comedians cuz my goodness you & your friends are funny. 😂 3. What i really loved about your friends is that they mostly did pay attention to whatever you were explaining to them & also paying attention to the episodes. ESPACIALLY Randy. I gotta give props to Randy, man. At the very end, the way he recapped the whole MD's is actually impressive AF! 4. I really loved everyone's reaction to all the episodes. Their commentaries, the humorous jokes, the understanding of the episodes & everything! Your crew with the help of You learned so much about MD's. 6. Okay, so... HOW THE FLIP DID YOU MANAGE TO SEE THESE 2: [21:30 & 1:04:08] How on earth did you manage to see that animation glitch & how on copper 9 did you see the hand...? You have some kind of Ultra HD 4K Eyes or something. Aight, that's about it :)
0:43 same bro i am *ADDICTED* to this show man I am in the exact same boat you are in man Edit: Oh my god Randy had me dying so much throughout this video. 😂🤣
I love how your friends are paying attention, giving their opinions and asking questions! It's so refreshing to see it. Honestly I'm quite addicted to the show myself and have rewatched it way too many times...also ppanning to get an N plushy soon
I absolutely loved this reaction! I'm a huge fan, and I mean really huge fan of Murder Drones, and to be honest I think this was the best Murder Drones reaction I've seen! You're friends ratings were totally understandable, and it was kind of what I thought they were gonna think about the show. I'm glad that they still enjoyed it, but for me, this show is 100% a 9/10! You should diffidently do a reaction of all of you guys watching the premiere of the last episode for the first time! :)
I think MD is kinda like FNAF since it wants you to find the lore pieces hidden throughout as a way to engage audiences. While it worked for many, it also made the show a turn-off for casual viewers. Totally understandable. The show isn’t for everyone, like the humor. For me, I really liked and agree with LoreDrone’s video explaining Episode 7. He offers his timeline of everything that happened in the entire series and answers many questions. I think he ties it together pretty nicely and may answer some of y’all’s questions. They are still theories tho, so keep that in mind. Good video overall, I enjoy watching others’ reactions to MD
I absolutely love this show. Got into it at the tail end of Febuary, and I gotta say, I agree with the fact that a lot of context is missing. Having in-between episodes to cover some stuff would definitely help with pacing. The gaps between 3 and 4, as well as 4 and 5 would be nice to have filled. 1 and 2 as well, but that's a smidgen less important over all. I personally love the plot that we've been given, and the Cynwalker twist is amazing. ... imo, fanworks that cover the middle bits and present plausible explanations are great to read through. :)
Loved pretty much every minute of this video, and its refreshing seeing someone's (in this case multiple so even more fun) initial reaction to the show. I haven't watched it as much as most have but I've definitely been on a binge for a while now regarding stuff about it, which to me is kinda wild considering I did give the Pilot a watch a couple years back when it premiered, but just never really came back to the show until fairly recently. Regrettably I am quite late to it now, but love it all the same and look forward to whatever they've got planned for the finale. Apologies for the paragraph comment, just wanted to get that out there.
Absolutely loved this video! The explanations and the time taken to edit this is crazy and I love it. This also helped me understand the series more while rewatching it, which is how this reaction video also works for the viewers, even if they have seen Murder Drones before. And of course, the reactions were also fun to watch and to see them witness cool or funny scenes, it’s all great.
Probably around my 30th time watching the Murder Drones series and 2nd time watching this video specifically. Also I am robbing you of your background you clearly showed was made by someone else. It's always nice to meet someone else on the internet who is also obsessed with this. It's the only way I feel like I really have something in common with other people.
55:45 To be FAIR, so far just on screen Uzi has 1: Built an unstable and exploding "railgun" which nobody knew about until she whipped it out in class 2: Stole someone's sentience, which caused them to be permanently on fire 3: Crouched on her desk like a gremlin multiple times 4: Somehow befriended the genocide robots Even just point 2 and 3 are enough to be dubbed freaky in most circumstances
I'm surprised Randy didn't have a stroke at the beginning of episode 5 because of what Mason was doing bro sounded like muscle man bro speaking enchantment table etc.
this is actually the perfect video for my 2nd rewatch cause I'm getting all the missing lore explained to me for free in the most easy to understand way lmao
When the solver and/or Cyn is controlling someone, the person they're controlling has yellow eyes and sounds like Glados, the yellow eyes part of that was revealed in episode 4 when Cyn/Solver turns that arrow into a flesh monster (well technically episode one when Uzi's eyes turn yellow for a bit and it says "absolute solver" underneath), but when Uzi's killing people, no Glados voice, and no yellow eyes, so she just went on a murder drone style murder spree for some OIL, but the reason why she started acting like a murder drone was due to Cyn, not controlling her, just, Cyn trying to make her a murder drone.
My brain blew up due to so much information. Also 2 HOURS? TWO HOURS? i never watched a video longer one hour. I watched movies like 2 and a half hours or 3 hours but these were movies and not a single video. You cooked on this video. +1 Subscriber. You deserve at least 100K subs.
My recommended bar: Murder Drones Me: Maybe later *later* My recommended list: Watch Murder Drones :D Me: Maybe later *More later* My recommended list: WATCH THIS SHOW NOW Me: Later *5 months later* My recommended bar list: *I SAID WATCH THIS DAMN SHOW* Me: Ok ok chill… *watches it and immediately becomes a fan*
18:50 she doesn’t regenerate because her core was destroyed. The disassembly drones can regenerate as long as their cores are still intact. N was able to regenerate his head because the beam didn’t touch his torso. The cores (like what’s left of Uzi’s mom and fell out of N almost eaten by Cyn) are pretty much like any vital organ of a human. If it’s destroyed then they just make another from scratch. Just like how J was definitely destroyed and had to be replaced with a copy
Great video dood Love murder drones, also recently fell in love with it Can understand why a lot of viewers can get confused, like some things that happened off screen, or, shown in the background some details or in a screen with code to learn more lore, (at the beginning at least, makes one pause a lot in later watches to learn and understand haha) But as much as i want to bash the show for doing that, just kept thinking; it is a free show on youtube, and i can see, maybe, somethings couldn't have fit in the length or budget per episode they wanted to do?, it's hard to tell, cuz i have no clue how it came to be, is just my reasoning, so in that part i couldn't really critique the show like that, at least for me, i know it wasn't perfect, and they could've shown lore differently of course, though, i also know one can critique it for all of that tho, 100% fair. So it was really interesting seeing your friend's different points of view and their own critiques of the show! quite the wild ones you have there, wonder how you stay sane pfff jk Like your friends at first was, a bit split in some things about the show, but mainly for me, weirdly, was how death of some bg characters was done as a joke, (ep 4 mainly cough cough) as much as i love "meatgags" and just cool deaths for the horror, they should've done them differently, i felt it took from the world building a bit for me, having them die and no one care that much, like you have drones that just don't care once someone is death? why? it made it seem they don't care at all so then why should i care when drones eventually die, i wanted the series to show, "hey we are afraid of dying! but don't want others to die that we love and care for too!, so gotta make sure everyone is safe too!" at least for the drones in the world that is, not just the main characters.
OMG SAME I'M SO HAPPY SOMEONE ELSE HAS AN ADICHON TO MURDER DRONES LIKE ME! I HAVE SO MUTCH MURCH AND MY BACKROUND IS V! I'VE EVEN MEMORIZED THE SHOW WORD FROM WORD NO JOKE!
Khan: "This, is a door."
Murder Drones: "Dear god."
Khan: "There`s more (Doors)."
Murder Drones : "No."
Lol
It contains, a door
It contains a door
“Is your request asking if your can have the bucke- door?”
‘I don’t think hands are meant to move like that.’
*wrists disconnect from the rest of their body*
i will never see the scene the same
J trying to kill Lizzy in the next episode: AND IT WILL COME, LIKE A FLOOD OF PAIN, POURING DOWN ON ME
AND IT WILL NOT LET UP UNTIL THE END IS HERE
"Where's Verbalase" yup off to a great start
true
OH NO HIDE AWAY FROM THAT!

@@X-SPONGED Can you elaborate on your ''but NOT the patch they got'' line? Did you meant to say why the parents got the patch but their children didn't?
@MeethaMadina1263 yes

What I like about your friends is that they are actually paying attention and reacting to the show. Most people on youtube who react to this show don't even know the characters name and they are just doing it for the views. I wish I had friends to watch murder drones with lol.

Fun fact: Liam Vickers wrote in the script for that scene- “straight up FNAF’s the camera”.
Liam is a goofy guy, and we love him for it.
19:56 my guy accidantly predicted the plottwist
He literally said what exactly happened in the twist word for word.. it wasn't the humans it was the drone
"The fact i had to ask you for info [was annoying]"
I totally get that btw. I'm an immense fan of murder drones, and i LOVE the non-linear narration with very very small details / foreshadowings hidden everywhere (im still losing my mind at how Cyn being the person who made the drones being literally indicated in EPISODE 1??)
But i totally get it can be a turnoff, due to how hard it is sometimes.

School is going great and we hang out often.
same. i'm totally (not) insane after reaching this point in life.

Im searching some reaction again after rewatching md for like 38 Times im not doing okay
I had an episode of extreme obsession for like a month to the point that my academic performance tanked noticeably because of this show. I'm not insane.
I still wait for I-con
Also the line in ep5: "You will not have to discard your pets and I will not discard you", hits different now. Meaning Cyn using Tessas drones as tools and Tessa as a Skin Suit.
And just to throw more theories in the room: In ep5 when Cyn reboots, on her visor you can see a textbox asking her to give control to the solver with a Yes and No option, so the real Cyn might have given the solver control by choice and might still be in there.
Well she technically didn't discard Tessa sooo...

@@Nerdy_girl2010 I'm not new but I basically do allat too.
21:31 One one hand, I can appreciate the level of attention that drew away from the animation errors so they aren't too noticable, and I know that it's a pilot so it doesn't have the same level of quality as the rest of the series.
On the other, I hate that *I now cannot unsee that.*
Also interesting tidbit, we already saw Nori get cured from the Solver with the patch.
Highly recommend them if anyone wanna listen to some theories.
i've never noticed that before
i don't think that's how animation errors work. i'm no animator but i imagine it's more of the other way around: because its in the back and practically hidden is WHY the error exists in the first place. one would think that if anyone on the team knew an animation error existed, they'd patch it up instantly, leaving only the ones that the team *didn't* notice
Huh, it’s kinda neat seeing a perspective on the show for someone who hasn’t seen each episode around 12 times. I wonder if this show is the type where it has to roominate in the mind for a while.
Yeah it took me multiple rewatches to finally understand the story lol
i agree
Bad jutsu, that’s what.
damn, makes sense though. she's just too different
In all:
It is only able to be found by going down a rabbit hole in a dark corner of a seemingly innocuous community
Has convoluted and obscure "lore" that often is incomplete or deranged, both from a meta sense and not
Devoted group of questionably sanity dedicated to attempting to chronicle and preserve this, will fail
Actively forgotten by all those involved in its creation
Emotionally distressing
The more you dig, the more you find
No seriously does this rabbit hole have a bottom?
Basically, this stuff is the Murder Drones equivalent of Cthulhu.
Have you ever watched Cliffside? It’s also made by Liam Vickers. It’s really good.
How does a cube that literally is the evil itself influenced in murder drones
one word design if you know his old channel just design
1:56:32 At first, Cyn was gonna kill everyone except for Tessa, except Tessa interfered with the Gala massacre. "Stand back! THIS is a citizen murder!" 14:00 after me send 14 terabytes of fnaf lore to my friends neurolink
1:55:02
Okay, so, lore.

1:49:27 Ennard, stupid.
Makes more sense fr
the humans were in fact not sitting pretty there on earth
YOU'RE SO RIGHT 🤣

Loved pretty much every minute of this video, and its refreshing seeing someone's (in this case multiple so even more fun) initial reaction to the show. I haven't watched it as much as most have but I've definitely been on a binge for a while now regarding stuff about it, which to me is kinda wild considering I did give the Pilot a watch a couple years back when it premiered, but just never really came back to the show until fairly recently. Regrettably I am quite late to it now, but love it all the same and look forward to whatever they've got planned for the finale. Apologies for the paragraph comment, just wanted to get that out there.
👀 I am a simple woman. I see murder drones. I click.
me too
Absolutely loved this video!
Episode 4 had so many hidden cyn sightings. And it's just so cool that they teased her so early in the show
Probably around my 30th time watching the Murder Drones series and 2nd time watching this video specifically. Also I am robbing you of your background you clearly showed was made by someone else. It's always nice to meet someone else on the internet who is also obsessed with this. It's the only way I feel like I really have something in common with other people.
I love this, I love how you explained your thought process, and how you made this sort of... collaborative reaction video? I guess you would call it?
55:45 To be FAIR, so far just on screen Uzi has
1: Built an unstable and exploding "railgun" which nobody knew about until she whipped it out in class
2: Stole someone's sentience, which caused them to be permanently on fire
3: Crouched on her desk like a gremlin multiple times
4: Somehow befriended the genocide robots
Even just point 2 and 3 are enough to be dubbed freaky in most circumstances
No matter how many times i rewatch a episode, i always find something new i missed. I understand how its complicated.

Dang-
I-
I never noticed that til now :0
That's epic
1:51:55 i need this entire segment as a seperate video, just to send it to people who have never watched murder drones. askykwjdjdk
I'm surprised Randy didn't have a stroke at the beginning of episode 5 because of what Mason was doing bro sounded like muscle man bro speaking enchantment table etc.
you are an excellent teacher of the lore of this series
this is actually the perfect video for my 2nd rewatch cause I'm getting all the missing lore explained to me for free in the most easy to understand way lmao
20:22 "N's Build Different" LMAO like he can just tough it out
My brain blew up due to so much information. Also 2 HOURS? TWO HOURS? i never watched a video longer one hour. I watched movies like 2 and a half hours or 3 hours but these were movies and not a single video. You cooked on this video. +1 Subscriber. You deserve at least 100K subs.
I can finally say I've watched all of Murder Drones thanks to this video! Now to make a MD OC!
1:36:34 So that’s where I dropped my bowling ball, I was looking for that.
Now sit them down for Cliffside and Internecion Cube. I want them at the thick of it!
1:45:00
OH.
OH THAT'S WHAT THAT MEANT.
THAT'S WHAT UZI IS LOOKING AT.
First time on your channel, I think you and your friends should make a Murder Drones Abridged series. This video was very entertaining. 😍😂

Can't wait for your reaction to the finale if you did record it
Great video dood
Love murder drones, also recently fell in love with it
Can understand why a lot of viewers can get confused, like some things that happened off screen, or, shown in the background some details or in a screen with code to learn more lore, (at the beginning at least, makes one pause a lot in later watches to learn and understand haha)
But as much as i want to bash the show for doing that, just kept thinking; it is a free show on youtube, and i can see, maybe, somethings couldn't have fit in the length or budget per episode they wanted to do?, it's hard to tell, cuz i have no clue how it came to be, is just my reasoning, so in that part i couldn't really critique the show like that, at least for me, i know it wasn't perfect, and they could've shown lore differently of course, though, i also know one can critique it for all of that tho, 100% fair.
So it was really interesting seeing your friend's different points of view and their own critiques of the show! quite the wild ones you have there, wonder how you stay sane pfff jk
Like your friends at first was, a bit split in some things about the show, but mainly for me, weirdly, was how death of some bg characters was done as a joke, (ep 4 mainly cough cough) as much as i love "meatgags" and just cool deaths for the horror, they should've done them differently, i felt it took from the world building a bit for me, having them die and no one care that much, like you have drones that just don't care once someone is death? why?
it made it seem they don't care at all so then why should i care when drones eventually die, i wanted the series to show, "hey we are afraid of dying! but don't want others to die that we love and care for too!, so gotta make sure everyone is safe too!" at least for the drones in the world that is, not just the main characters.
I have no clue but murder drones legit changed me completely, ended up to me binge watching it at least 15 times
Amazing editing!
1:04:47 "I am so naughty, the flesh demands invitation"

OMG SAME I'M SO HAPPY SOMEONE ELSE HAS AN ADICHON TO MURDER DRONES LIKE ME! I HAVE SO MUTCH MURCH AND MY BACKROUND IS V! I'VE EVEN MEMORIZED THE SHOW WORD FROM WORD NO JOKE!
