We had a fire in the garden to celebrate August 1st and the smell of the woodsmoke along with the orange and yellow flowers felt so cosy and autumnal. Your videos are always a joy. Do you mind telling me how you get your arms and legs so slim please? Going to the gym and using the weights is just making me get big muscles which is not what I'm after as my limbs look bigger than they did before I started!

Have you thought about having a couple of sessions with a personal trainer so they can write you a plan that fits your fitness goals? Also I *think* (I’m not very knowledgeable) that doing more reps with less weight is better for weight loss vs doing less reps with more weight is better for building muscles so maybe try dropping the weight and do more reps and sets? I hope this makes sense! Xx
If I may give you some advice, remove both ends of the beans. A colleague of mine recently had surgery on her stomach because the hard stem of a bean had pierced her stomach lining. The hard stems of the beans cannot be digested by the body.

just a quick way of enjoying pumpkin flowers, delicious by the way and a fond childhood memory of mine - get the flower cut the stems off - then prepare a 1:1 ratio of gram flour(gram tastes best and adds flavour) to water, and spices, my mother adds tumeric, a bit of chilli powder, salt, pepper, dried coriander and cumin seeds to the mix ------- despite them being pumpkins, adding cinnamon and autumnly spices are not that nice with this recipe, its best to do without
