      You can authenticate it by matching the matrix number in the run-out groove with what Discogs has listed as the original pressing's matrix number. I know for sure that all legitimate vinyl copies of this EP are on black vinyl only so if it's any color vinyl but black it's a bootleg. But of it's on black vinyl go to Discogs and check those matrix numbers!

    I knew i had a Nirvana cassette that was before Bleach and recently someone claimed i was lying - I "heard" about Nirvana when "Teen Spirit" was going on - i was in a band at the time and really into what Mike Patton was doing (Faith No More and Mr Bungle) and I heard the song, i thought it was okay, but i didn't like, nor ever liked Nevermind. It was far from Grunge, it was like pop rock and I never really "got" it - I picked up Bleach and Blew and liked them better, I believe Incestite came out after, that was cool and In Utero showed some more creativity, however as a whole body of work I never really got into Nirvana, better than Pearl Jam - Soundgarden's first two albums were great, Alice in Chains early stuff was cool - I never "got" what they ever had to do with each other - Grunge, for me is still going on with The Melvins, heavy, sloppy, and Buzzo also plays guitar for Fantomas, I liked Holes' first album ore than anything Nirvana did and maybe also because I found Cobain's lyrics really bad rhymes that just made no sense that he's just repeat over and over

    • @user-vj1pq6uz8m
      @user-vj1pq6uz8m 9 лет назад +2

      John Lydon lol, Courtney was the first singer of Faith No More - a much better band and much more interesting band than any of this shyt - I like the Melvins, they are seattle grunge. Kurt wasn't a a talented guitarist and his lyrics were childish and insipid. I said I liked the first Hole album, that first one, better than any Nirvana album, but that's not really saying much since I dont' care either way - It's not like they were influential to music, they were influenced. Why dont you go sign the petition to re open his murder cuz "Courtney had him killed" lol kid

    • @user-vj1pq6uz8m
      @user-vj1pq6uz8m 9 лет назад

      John Lydon My point was, and i'm on the cut off, at 38, of Gen X, that Nirvana was not that big of a deal, at that time. To some, but not everyone. I never got it. Too simply , music and lyrics. My point was the first HOLE album was more catchy to me than anything Nirvana did. NO knock on it. Just how i felt. I never listened to any other Hole album. Then there's Faith No More who just got back together. Mike Patton is the singer, he also sang for Mr Bungle both on Warner Bros at the same time, he was on warner from '89 to '99, in '99 started Ipecac and came out with his superstar bands Fantomas (starting Buzzo from the Melvins, kurt's fav band, real grunge, Melvins rule) Tomahawk, Peeping Tom, Mondo Cane, and oddly enough Faith No More got back together. patton also did Lovage, Vs the Xecuttionsers, toured with Razhel, Moonchild, worked with Buckhead on Moonraker, did monster voices for Will Smith's I am Legend, did the score for Place Beyond the Pines, Maldore, Weird, Little Boy, ECT, you can't say FAITH NO MORE was medicore and say Nirvana was good. No way. WHAT DID YOU HEAR FROM FAITH NO MORE? I had all Nirvana. Never got it. There was Barkmarket, Melvins, Ministry, FNM, Mr Bungle Dead Milkmen, ect, too much to mention, but Nirvana and Pearl Jam, F them, I liked first two Soundgarden, that's it, i liked first two Alice in Chains, that's it, hell Dinosaur Jr was more interesting than Nirvana, and so was GNR

    • @user-vj1pq6uz8m
      @user-vj1pq6uz8m 9 лет назад +1

      John Lydon for GNR when Appetite came out there was nothing like it, you weren't there buying the cassette when it came out to watch Axl Rose's Stage Presence in Live at the Ritz in '88, he was the man (LIES was great but losing Adler was odd, though I liked the double album but losing Izzy was the end, he was very important and got no credit) I saw the Faith no More EPIC video in 1990 and I knew Mike Patton was special, saw LIVE AT BRIXTON (You fat Bastards) but they improved Greatly) to ;92's Angel Dust - the most influential album to rock and still is influential and to '95's KING FOR A DAY and you also had '90s Mr Bungle "self titled" (He wore the shirt in EPIC vid, MTV would not play Mr Bungle's video TRAVOLTA or MY ASS IS ON FIRE) to their '95 album "disco volante" to FNM's last Warner Bros album in '97 "Album of the year" to Mr Bungle's last album "California" (Ironic it was held back for a week because of Califonication and Patton and Keidas hate each other)
      I DON"T CARE what is labeled something, Nirvana was not grune, neither was Cypress Hill, or Pearl Jam or any of that, and i could list tons of bands that were interesting and I'm sorry i along with many just weren't taken with Nirvana - When the first Alice In Chains came out everyone told me it sucked - the next year they had their shirts

    • @user-vj1pq6uz8m
      @user-vj1pq6uz8m 9 лет назад +1

      John Lydon what genre hasn't been provided to us in that sense, Faith No More was Funk Metal? That made no sense, yet Grunge from Seattle, is the Melvins, Kurt played with them for a bit and the drummer did, in another band, he roadie for them, I just did not get how Pearl Jam 's mauic fit in while I liked AIC first two albums and Soundgarden s first two albums i did not see how they related

    Why would they put love buzz on this single when its its own single? If you bought this in 89 then the love buzz single came out, why would you buy it?
    Maybe due to love buzz coming out on a compilation? Although I'm sure it came out as a single too prior to the release of bleach.

    今のZ世代が、インディーズなビジネス化された動画制作が蔓延し、その制作に、お金に、作品に、情熱を傾けるのと同じように、グランジムーブメントは音においてのそれと同じで、文化が進化していくのにつれて、人々の関心ごとは変化することを示している。いかに、科学的な進歩に影響される資本主義社会において、ビジネスになるかで左右されるサブカルチャーでしかなく、商業的なものを嫌ったカート・コバーンであったが、所詮その枠内でしかない。語り継がれる、後世に残る、がもっともなことだと思うが、あのⅩ世代の産物としてのグランジ、その時代のスポークスマンでしかなかったように思える。
