Scombrops Oculatus is the specific species, i spent a while looking for it. i searched extensively in the mackerel genus Scombridae turns out it gets its name Scombrops from scom (mackerel) and ops (looking) so it just looks like a scombrid but its actually a in the gnomefish family.
