I was given this staff last year to try out - it is a sturdy contact staff, withstanding many drops! It comes with a remote control, solid weight & balance, very bright even in daylight, and the only thing I modified was the grip. I found the original grip to not be my ideal for contact. There are a lot of color combos, but I prefer the blue/purple or light pink color modes.

as a flow artist of many practices. I've tried staff and jeez, even getting a simple shoulder to shoulder movement has taken me HUNDREDs of tries if not more

Maybe some similar movement, but it is not a bo staff.
bo means the same thing as staff. If you’re asking if you can spar with it then like she said probably no.
