I know. It’s the “boob” lights that are throwing me off. 😂. I will say the primary suite was well thought out. Love the two sinks and the huge closet. A few adjustments from The Container Store and that closet will be much more user friendly. Love it when the laundry room is on the 2nd floor where clothes are stored.
When I was first looking for a house to buy I was taken to Fairburn . I saw some very nice homes there but I liked Fayetteville better. Nice house Nice level backyard. The only thing is I like lighter color floors. Still nice though. I notice after the covid hit the prices went up.
Your videos are very well done. Thank you for all of the work that you do to create the content that you upload. The videos where you verbally dispense information about the Atlanta real estate market are also good, but it seems that most of your uploads are property tours. Again, those property tours are very professional and well done. It's just nice to also listen and learn about the business side of the Atlanta market as well. Visuals of the homes are attractive. The business side is not imagery, but it's the most important part. Keep up the good work. I can only imagine the time, work, and effort that you have to expend in order to make your content. I appreciate your diligence.
I like that planned community. That every other house is a two story and than a single level. Spread apart appropriately. To big for me, if it do not come with a maid.💯
I really enjoy your content can you post more of these type of homes with the same layout “open space” I’m really considering relocating from Connecticut to Atlanta with a family of 5
That is what I would look for in my dream house or forever home. The kitchen with the family room should be the biggest living area. I would sacrifice the bedrooms to be smaller. And that the owners bedroom, aka the master bedroom with walk-in closets. And big bathroom.
I agree and I'm a GA native. After having lived up north for the past 10 years, I understand why the older homes ie. 4- sides brick or stone are so favorable. I do love some of Atlanta's older, more established neighborhoods showcasing homes built with the materials I mentioned. The tradeoff however, is paying higher property taxes. They can be astronmical!!

For this home to be built in 2016, I’m surprised it’s no upgrades for the asking price. The house is beautiful.

My thoughts exactly! Hopefully there's room for negotiations...
This is an absolutely beautiful home !
You can do sooo much with that big backyard.

Carla, what made you choose Fayetteville over Fairburn? Does Fayetteville offer more land space?
Love the color of the exterior. Love how open it is when you walk in, and the high ceiling. What a nice home.
Beautiful home love love it

Jonique'a Smith:That is HUGE the hallway looks!😃
Very Nice home!!
I love the house the kitchen is my favorite ❤❤❤❤❤
Those bedrooms are a ideal size. You should not have to have clutter. Airy and minimal, the walls would make it great to theme each room.
Nice home! 💯
This is an very nice house.
Watching your vids, living vicariously. I’d never move to Georgia but I really enjoy your videos thank you!
How are the schools in the area specifically high school. Could make an offer today if high school scores at least a 7 out of 10.

What the address?
I wouldn't want to live in a neighborhood where 90% of the houses look alike with the same window setting
Bathrooms are very basic.
It’s a no for me I don’t like it at all
