I really appreciate ur video! This really helped... Because you are just learning u did not take for granted that everybody watching knows what buttons to push to get the different stitches. The other videos are great, its just that when a person knows how to use the machine the instructor forgets that most people haven't had the classes available, that teach you which buttons need to be pushed to get the different stitches. Thanks a lot!
You are very welcome, I am selling this machine and I know how important it is to see the machine in action before you buy. I also like to help people that are out there understand the machine as much as I can. I have lots of videos, as I have sold many machines. Thank you for your feedback! I really appreciate it!
Hi! Thank you for sharing this video, it was extremely helpful as I am learning how to sew. I have the 440QE and for the decorative stiches, I am unable to access the triple digit numbers such as 160. Is there a specific button I need to press? I have been using the # and entering numbers. Thank you!
I sold that machine about 5 years ago not too long after I posted that video. So I don't have that machine and I never used it other than I got it serviced and cleaned everything up made it look sparkling again and resold it so I flipped that machine. My customer the last time I talked to her she's still in love with it that was probably about 3 or 4 years later. So I don't have a clue how to answer your question. So the first thing I would recommend is do you have the manual? I'm assuming that you don't since you're not sure how to set the stitch settings. So here's a link to a free PDF of that file. www.manua.ls/bernina/aurora-440/manual I wish you the best of luck, worst case scenario is I would say look for a good Bernina dealer near you and have it serviced if you can't get the stitches to work.
I'm sorry but no I don't speak Spanish nor do I have this machine anymore I sold it long ago. I leave the videos online for people to learn about different machines that I've had for sale over the years.
This sewing machine is a household sewing machine. So it will sew lightweight garment leather. Anything thicker than that requires typically walking feet so that the top material is being moved at the same exact speed as the bottom material. Also sewing with heavy duty thread through a heavy duty material requires an industrial machine. Hope this helps
It sure does, everything is original to the machine. It also has the carrying case for the machine, but no case for the embroidery module. I also made a DVD of the Bernina software that is free and is compatible with all Windows OS's. I am about to list this machine on eBay.

Hi Dionne, does the Foot pedal have the needle up / down function ? Thanks Glenn
