Ps: My cat barely reached 4kg even though she's now 3 years old for a DSH breed. It's just that her belly tends to get more fat than the other part of her body.

Ragdolls were bred to be ultra passive. Some don't even fight back if attacked. Also, some enjoy swimming.
This process does seem very long. We have one shorthaired cat who'd shred us while departing instantly, but our ragdoll would probably put up with it. Fortunately, he grooms himself perfectly, so he's never needed help bathing.
We did have prior ragdoll girl who seemed to enjoy being cleaned after a medical problem, but only needed 5 minutes of rinsing.

I've watched this video again after seeing a few of the other cats bathe and I have noticed a huge difference. All of the other cats protest loudly by yowling when bathing and cling on for dear life yet Manon simply meows politely and let's it happen while secretly enjoying the massage. It's so funny how different she is to the others. She truly is a very patient, tolerant and relaxed kitty who just loves her human family and you can tell that she trusts Hazel implicitly. So lovely to see 😻
Manon is mommy's girl! She doesn't mind anything as long as she gets to spend alone time with Hazel 🥺
I bathed my kitty today, she didn't make a single sound... I think she is starting to trust me now .

No she's alive,doing perfectly fine... because she is a rescued kitten I was afraid to bathe her for these past few weeks... I thought she might not be comfortable yet..so I feared getting scratches all over me before my exams.

This video had me just saying, "Good girl! Good girl". Then, I started to miss my cat, Harry. He passed a couple of months ago. He had a love/hate relationship with baths. He resists at first but he ends up enjoying all the attention. It was our special time together. I miss him SO MUCH.
I hope you're okay. Losing a pet can be very traumatic. I still cry sometimes even though it's been over two and a half years since I lost mine. Love, Pearl.
I lost mine last month and I’m spending most of my time watching cat videos from youtube. My cat was ragdoll as well and this channel remind me of my Maru. I miss him so much. He was very sick so I believe he is in better place. I hope you are doing well. One day, we will meet our friends again in heaven without good byes. When the day come, I want to hug my Maru and tell him I love him so much. I want to hold my baby again.
@@mihabaeg2101 Mine got sick as well. Very late stage renal failure. It was hard. Hoping and praying that the medications would at least maintain his quality of life. In the end, my choice was not very hard at all. I helped end his suffering.
When I'm watching other people cuddle with their furry loved ones, I get jealous sometimes. I miss my cat. I miss that unconditional love and affection.
But yes, we will see them again. I believe it.

저두 랙돌키우는데 지금 털갈이시기라 저빼고 저희가족다 털알레르기가있어서 겨울에도 창문 필수인데 ㅜㅜ 진짜 11마리 어케키우는지.. 저희도 3개월밖에 되지않았는디... 털 99% 지방1% 이거 맞는거같아요

Manon is the fluffiest cat. Also, I'm so happy to see you grooming her with that comb. I find that my cat also loves combing rather than brushing. Brushing = petting. Combing = removing extra fur. And there's so much extra fur.
