Hello. New subscriber. This is great material! However, it's pretty overwhelming. Feels like one person couldnt set this up, unless they do this professionally. How much of this would you outsource when trying to create this level of business organization before launching? Also, I see that you teach honeybook, clickup, and slack. And i know that you have a great team of people to help. Do you outsource an IT person to optimize those to work together? Or would an operations person be more suitable?😅

You absolutely can! On the space, folder, or list level, you can creat a shortcut automation to automatically assign you to every task.
