Hello! First of all thanks for watching. So what I did was I got on instagram and found a couple media agency & real estate photographers and if they had a website many times they had their pricing for services listed. I then formed my pricing from that. For real estate photography I price myself about half of what they do, I let the client know that I am relatively new to photography but I work hard and my pricing is low due to I need practice and exposure. I also tell them that it is my introductory pricing until I build my portfolio and if they like my work we can move to different pricing from there. I include 20 photos per house listing and no more because since my pricing is low I don't want to over offer too much initially. For video shoots I kinda just gauge based on workload. I also do a lot of free video shoots, if it's a social media reel I offer them a free 30sec-1min video and if they like it we work out a package price for more content. I hope this helps, I will try to make a video for this question to provide more details so please hit that subscribe button.
A tip for real estate video, Use a gimbal and revealing shots, ex: down to up shot, side to side etc... of course tripod, wide, close, medium shots. hope that helps
Hey thank you for watching. I actually had just sold my gimbal before this shoot, I had the rs3 mini but I need the larger one for the fx3 Next video I do should do better. I appreciate your positive feedback though.
