Imagine if they ever add multiplayer, it would be super nice for larger stores. Being able to split the workload between you & a friend would be amazing
Retail veteran here. Having all the checkouts in a line is a totally legit arrangement. Depends on if you want to have multiple wait lines or a single serpentine. It’s particularly good for making customers walk past all the impulse buy items.
I was just thinking if he used the flipped registers and put a put a single door fridge of soda between them as spacers it would be spot on. Only way to make it better is if we had the half height coolers 😂
I almost rage quit until they fixed the lag in the storeroom and boom its fixed. These devs are phenomenal! See you tonight for the stream!
My advise:
in the morning, dont even look what you need, just order 1-4 of everything, the numbers stay in order so just hit order, open store then you load the back. Then once you get to know what sells a lot and what doesnt you can have skip days.
Don't forget the mirrored register you can buy. I think that will better allow for a back to back register set up with less phasing of customers as it will separate the lines on the outside with the cashiers in the middle.
Did you set the price on the new toilet paper? I think yes, but we didn't see it on video, so just making sure you aren't losing money there.
Oh I slowed it down and looked he did not set the price, he is not going to be happy about that
It’ like this game is deep beyond its initial intentions. The deepness consist in understanding the boxes, dividing the duties, organizing a given space and money. Its incredible how everything tends to resemble reality and it’s funny that gamers ask the dev to limit the stress, when in fact that’s the core of the game… the need to count stuff by eye on the shelves, and order only what you need for the day(i guess if expiring date for products is introduced that mechanic will be more clear) even the count of the steps you need to get somewhere…We have to beat that not ask to change the game imo.
I agree, we might think we need new features but in reality it might just make the game too simple and boring.
Super market inventory specialist management is amazing!

What do you think about having an upgrade, where you can see your current inventory levels for each item in the stockroom from the computer.

It’s be cool if the dev expanded the storage area to include a large cool room and freezer for all the chilled goods!
It may be too late because you have a lot of product now. But, one of the things I did that was super helpful and the more stuff I get the more useful it will be. I arranged my storage racks so the order it goes in the computer, is the order it goes on my shelves. Takes a quick peek to see what I'm missing and I no longer order too much or get confused on which item it which when they look similar. Worth it.
This game has crazy potential. I hope we can do very big superstores like asda.tesco or whatever supermarkets you guys have in america size etc and have a chain of stores.

I hope the dev allows us to make those stockers stock only one kind of item. Like if it's freezer items then just that. Another could stock only sweets and confectionaries. third could stock toiletries and cleaning supplies. Just check boxes interacting with them. Stock room would be so much nicer then.
The one thing i know of is Pizza you dont need to put it on 2 Shelves of the first one you get because they come with so many in a Box that they can refill it multiple times before it runs out unless you have both sides with pizza but still it will Stock both sides and put it back
they should add advertisements and posters to go on the windows
Ah yes, the enigma that is Durian Dish Soap. For when you want to clean your dishes yet still want them to smell like an open trash container left out in the sun for a month.
Looking good! You didn’t set the price for the new toilet paper (maybe you did off camera?) also, keeping the shampoo with the soap and not with the cleaners makes more sense.
You have the mirrored checkouts as well now, making so that you can have 2 lines next to each other and the workers back to back.

Really enjoying the content. Recommend sorting the store room by box size alphabetically and then by qty of items in each box. That leaves room for expansion and let you address the items that keep selling out. It helped me.🤷♂️

There are I believe 160 products currently in game hope the give is atleast 1 storage spot for each
How about instead a computer the owner can use an ipad so he can walk around checking the stocks and ordering at the same time. Also a personnel that is in charge of getting the supply inside the stockroom.
These 2 additions are all I want right now before feeling a little burnt our from the repetitiveness (lvl 42)

What would be good is if the store layout affected sales volume
Began with this game, yesterday, are they going to add something to the storeroom that once you assign an item you can order it and maybe the workers place them there? And a number showing how much you have left would be nice to have as well, as I am spending soooo much time running back and forward to check and order ...
By rights, the light switch should be near the door.
If you really desperate you can stock outside if you have no room in store room
Oh man it feels so cramped in your store as it is i would be upgrading it before unlocking more stuff
I have licence with next cleaning stuff’s (40 lvl all licences) and don’t have any shelf in the middle. Only on walls. I use half epa for every item box, only for the big one I use two rows. And everything going smooth
And still have a space for next licence. 😂😂
Could put the cashiers on the storage wall so as the customers are done theyre already headed to the door
How is it possible that you have so much space dedicated for items on the shelves and at least double the product stored in the back and still have products missing during the day? You have to be running multiple days in a row without doing anything for that to happen. I dedicate only half a shelf for most items and only keep two boxes at most in the store room and haven't had products run out on me unless I forget to stock something.
Well I'm not a livestream viewer type and I'm not watchin 3 hours of the video, as satisfying as this game is, so if I miss anything I'll miss it...

i watched some ur stream yesterday.
mostly to see if i missed anything. apparently not.
even though im lvl 53 in game. slightly further along then u were. we getting same # customers and everyone seemed to agree with u that max no matter what.
so i tryin to figure out how we get money to unlock as we go on. 25k cash takes good 15 days to earn give or take... income is not consistant. some days u gross 3500. some days 4500.
which im ok with the randomness. i just thought as store grew, as we got more product license, we get more people. atm 3 registers handle everything just fine.. i try setting up 4th to see if that adds more people too but i doubt it will.
all that said. i love the games progression to this point.
the dev listend added key pad to our numpads... which was huge imo
ofc adding stockers. amazing, i didnt expect that anytime soon if ever.....

anyways game is progressing dev wise. and maybe he just didnt plan on people getting this far yet. if thats the case cool beans. still a fun casual game.

It makes me laugh when you say you’ll do certain things offline because you don’t want to bore your audience but ever stream now is the same ,,ordering and putting boxes in store room,,, restockers have spoiled the game,,,
