Nothing happens to false accusers. That is so true. My ex-wife accused me of abusing my children. It took 2.5 years for the court to declare me innocent and nothing happened to her. Interesting thing is, I've sat in on a case like this and the court was ready to hang the man financially but in the next case afterward, the judge tried to justify it for the woman with a statement that went something like "what you requesting is basically a Hollywood abstract that is the same as putting lipstick on a pig". Sure enough, a few years later when I requested full custody of my children after the mother abandoned them, the judge for my case used the same "lip stick on a pig" reference in relation to the custody agreement. Stating that me having primary custody was pretty much the same and that I didn't need full custody because I had final say. He then went on to say that the mother could always come back to change it(referencing the custody agreement). He obviously never read the CPS paper work that the school had submitted. This human has yet to see her children and it's been over 10 YEARS!! Humans are just plain illogical when it comes to it's bias against men and parenting or anything related to abuse.
Always get a pre-nup, especially if you're coming into the relationship with hard assets (real estate, land). Never be in a position where divorce leaves you homeless and broke.

He then went on to say that the mother could always come back to change it(referencing the custody agreement). He obviously never read the CPS paper work that the school had submitted.
