I don't know the drill card but, as far as I know you always have to call a second "to the rear" before calling any other command.

That command voice, command calling, and the refusal to say, "As you were," after every stutter or mistake is just horrendous.
The Judge is signaling to say the next command, there is no stuttering at all. but he does sound like a pirate.

It isn't Army JROTC it is Marine JROTC. The cammies they are wearing are the woodland ones. Marines have two types of cammies: deserts and woodland.

Jake Martinelli he’s armed XDD if you’re competing in an event, and it’s inside, you can have covers inside if you’re armed. Usually it doesn’t happen with unarmed, but not sure.
