He asks her where she lives, what her name is, but she just keeps crying so he can't do anything and doesn't know how to figure out. Kenshi san just put this situation into the lyrics. Wan wan wan means dogs barking sound and nyan nyan nyan is cats.

I think the bridge was supposed to evoke a feeling of the dissonance of contradicting feelings. In the MV, the car breaks down and then he goes around to see it fixed and break down again. My take on this is "pain is fleeting but life is full of it". iirc Kenshi used to be a depressed singer who went by the name HACHI so at the end where there's two of himself it could be that Kenshi (him now) is trying to show HACHI(him before) a good time hence the theme park.
My theory is that the one who is in the car is Hachi (stage name of Kenshi Yonezu in the vocaloid industry). At that time, he had no friends, and he suffered from depression (he made an album of suicide songs at that time) and that's when ¨Kenshi Yonezu¨ comes in, he is seen to be happy, that he can continue with his life, which I feel that he is trying to free ¨Hachi¨ from his problems or to become one with him, and the end of the song, it is a different perspective of the beginning of the song, because as we saw at the end, ¨Kenshi Yonezu¨ touches the window, and does the same thing at the beginning of the song, most likely it is an infinite loop so that ¨Hachi¨, can open the door and be able to free, or as I said, become one with ¨Kenshi Yonezu¨. Sorry if it is too long, I wanted to share my opinion and thanks for understanding :)

I think that aluminum foil guys represents something weird feelings we meet in our lifetime. Its a feeling of deep convincing about he or our life , and it looks bit spooky and mysterious but never too serious. Very funky thing although its destiny is just like oasis in desert.
