Hi Olivier so glad you have started to post videos regularly it helps to get your teaching and to read the feedback /experience of this group. Breathing and mantra are my first options to calm me down and find myself.
as u said we use breath as tool for meditation. But there are other means like mantra meditation where we used chants or sound, open eye meditation where we use surrounding environment as tool, body scanning and sensations in Vipassana meditation. So there are different tools . But i feel breathing is best tool to rest our mind on.
Absolutely. Breath is the most common tool and as you said, there are many other types of anchor. I think I will make a video about that. Hope you're well! Ty!

It doesn't necessarily mean anything. We can have different experiences when we meditate. The most important thing is to be aware of our experience and also aware of how we relate to them. Do we cling or push away? We cling to pleasant experiences usually or push away unpleasant ones which can create suffering. Clinging to things we don't want to change but they will change bc everything is impermanent. We push away our difficulties but if we do so, we cannot transform them. Hope this makes sense.
Hello! I just found your channel when I searched "is meditation just breathing? ". What happened to you? I hope you are ok. It irritates me when I search for guided meditations for specific things, like manifestation or feeling safe, and the whole entire video is just people telling me to breathe, and they never really get to whatever topic for which I was searching. In fact it just makes me anxious and angry being told to breathe. I am already a relaxed person with a very low stress life. If anything I NEED stimulation, as I have been a "prisoner" in my small town for about 15 years that that I desperately want to leave, but finances have kept me trapped - hence trying to manifest money. I have no friends or family to do anything with here, and there is nothing to do here anyway, and I have wasted my life. I want to move to be near people with whom I have things in common and with beautiful scenery. This is a flat boring ugly midwest town with boring people that just go to work and watch TV. I want to be in beautiful Colorado or near Austin, TX by my friend, but the cost of living is outrageous. Anyway, I hope you do more videos. Could you do one on what music is best and bineural beats? You should watch all of the (recentĺ videos that explain how to get more subscribers and views and other pointers to make your channel grow. Have a nice day!
Hello! I am doing fine. Just been busy with work as I cannot support my family with teaching meditation (yet!) and having 2 kids. I will be making new videos very soon. Sounds like a challenging situation for you right now. I wish for you to find a way out of it and be at peace. Colorado sounds amazing, I heard it’s beautiful there. I’d like to visit it one day. I am not familiar with specific music to meditate with, especially the ones you’re mentioning. I am closer to the Buddhist tradition and teachings of meditation.
