My grandma was the first person I knew with breast implants. She had a double mastectomy due to benign lumps and got implants to return to her regular size (B cup).
This was so nice and comforting to watch! I just had a breast reduction and currently 3WPO and haven't regretted it at all! don't know if they're still considered natural but i think so :)))
Breast reduction was the best thing I ever did. Although i wish i wore more supportive garments because even though i got a liff they still settled back to somewhat saggy. But boobs were massive!! Also its free in Canada so thats why i was lucky enough toonhabr it done.

I guess it’s genetics bc I didn’t get stretch marks either… but I did loose quite a bit of hair lol. Cool trade off as hair grows back lol
I believe that surgery shouldn't get done unless its for medical health purposes it can be hard to find confidence in your natural self but i think when you do it will be way better and definitely worth more than getting plastic surgery and/or other things
