味噌建議先與少許的熱水拌勻,再倒入鍋中,以避免沾黏鍋底。

食材
梅花肉薄片-60g、嫩豆腐(切塊)-100g、高麗菜(切片)-80g、紅蘿蔔(去皮切片)-50g、香菇-3朵、青蔥(切段)-1小支、水-400ml
調味
味噌-2湯匙、無鹽奶油-10g
步驟
(1) 取一小碗,將味噌與50ml的熱水拌勻備用。
(2) 將高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、香菇及青蔥放入鍋中,倒入味噌水,再倒入水。
(3) 以中火煮至沸騰,放入肉片及嫩豆腐,轉小火續煮10分鐘,再於表面擺放蔥花及無鹽奶油即可。

Ingredients
60g thinly sliced pork shoulder, 100g silken tofu, 80g cabbage, 50g carrot, 3 shiitake mushroom, 1 green onion, 400ml water
Seasoning
2 Tbsp miso, 10g unsalted butter
Instructions
(1) Mix well the miso with 50ml warm water in a small bowl, set aside.
(2) Add the cabbage, carrot, shiitake mushroom and green onion in a small pot. Add the miso mixture, then pour the water.
(3) Boil over medium heat. Add thinly sliced pork shoulder and silken tofu, cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then top with chopped green onion and unsalted butter.
