Arduino AY player with control buttons and OLED display

Plays PSG chiptune files from SD card on AY-3-8910 chip.
Buttons 1-6: skip 1, 5, 10 songs back/forward.
Button 7: switch between random/sequential playback modes.
Button 8: demo mode on/off.
SSD1306 oled display shows current mode, file number, name and size, playback progress in percent and amplitude in A/B/C channels.
