Its here and its back, Cosplay Carnival 2023 is an annual event in the Philippines and serves as the start in the series of events like ACX 2023, Cosplay Mania 2023, FanFes Circuit 2023 and Cosplay Matsuri 2023 which are being organized by CosplayPH. For this event certain well known personalities in the Cosplay community was invited such as Prince De Guzman Transformation, Awie De Guzman and Kael PK.
