It's used on all newer Schindlers.
I don’t think so, I saw a brand new 5500 with the other voice.
You're probably referring to the AC Hotel Capitol Riverfront & Prose St. Garage. Those are the only new 5500s (including newer button beeps) I know of w/ the older voice (directional only). Even both of those however have some other voice for the floors.
