    I know this question comes more than three years after you posted this, but what solution did you find for mounting these exquisite but very thin prints (for the exhibition)? Dry mounting to thicker paper? Thank you again for sharing your techniques and knowledge.

      Roy S wet mounted to Japanese paper with starch by professional. Like followed link.

      yes you can hear the vacuum pump - two clips either end extra (amazing home made unit!)

      Jerry Sutherlin The brush I used is called Kobayashi brush, our products. You can purchase it at inkjet mall in USA, or taos photographic in EU.
