First-ever REAP Investment Committee Pitch (Highlights)

Marquette's Real Estate Asset Program (REAP) began with the inaugural class in spring 2022, and immediately the students got to work. On February 14, just over three weeks into the semester, they delivered their first pitch to the REAP Investment Committee.
REAP is the first classroom-based undergraduate-only real estate investment program in the nation, providing students with hands-on applied learning opportunities as they evaluate actual real estate deals for investment. Led by seasoned pro-Vito Taphorn and an incredible Investment Committee (led by CRE icon Michelle Panovich) that has committed more than $2 million in equity to invest, the students receive real-world experience as they learn to become outstanding real estate investment analysts.
