Seriously though Jeff, thanks for sharing your experience with us! Never have experienced turbulence as bad as you just had, but I have had a couple of flights where the plane has been shaken around quite a bit.

I am sorry you had a bad experience on your flight, I am a flight attendant in Europe and I know sometimes it could be very bumpy! Hope the passengers injured are ok by now! Southwest is good ✈️
