What a way to end the season! I was like both of you saying hey what why that's it?!?! haha. Like you, I have a feeling this whole custody thing has Catarina written all over it. It was too strange that in season 1 we saw her treating Valentina like, excuse the expression, crap and you could see that her relationship with Luiza was super tense and hostile too. Then all of a sudden we see her acting all nice and asking for forgiveness in this season. Mustn't forget how she went to pick up Leo without telling his moms. She could try and use that as an excuse saying that they are not fit parents. We also could see how Catarina was constantly asking Leo questions about his life at home. Plus we have Duda and her very strained relationship with her and it causing a rift in her relationship with Igor. I don't see Igor as being in on this but I could see this as being a good way in season 3 for him to finally see his mother as the not so good person that Duda, Luiza and even Valentina have felt she has been to them all and finally stop defending her and actually standing up to her for a change. This is just a theory of course. As for why she would do this? Only one that I can see....she's crazy! lol. Didn't expect my reply to be so long. Ooops, sorry. Catarina brings out the grrrrr in me. 🤣 As always, thanks for reacting to the episode! 😀

Yes our bet is on Catarina really she was extremely mean on S1 and she was confusing on this season. We thought that she was trying to be good now but Duda can sniff the snake out of her! 🤣 And there were also moments on S2 where you can see her insincerity and evilness. We're so curious to know her grounds for requesting Leo's custody. Is emotional turmoil in their home due to Luiza's memory loss and that one time they missed to pick up Leo from school enough? Or is there anything else that we missed? Anyway we can't wait to watch Season 3! Hopefully our wait won't be long. But if it's next year we're wishing for another Christmas special to ease our longing. 😄

Good point on maybe we missed something, especially if it was subtle, as to what valid reason Catarina could even attempt to file for Leo's custody. I can't wait for season 3 as well to find out what happen next and so looking forward to watch your funny and quite often spot on reactions for that too. lol. Oh, and I didn't think of them doing a Christmas special like they did last time. That would be great if they did. Would make the time waiting for the next season a bit less long. Thank you, Clang and Joi for making watching these shows all the more fun. :D

I just noticed when you said it was Duda who had idea about Igor as donor. I agree with your opinion, Luiza must have shared story with Duda as bestie about how she wanted mini Valentina. Duda might give her suggestion about Igor since she was not ready to be pregnant. 😁 is it possible?
