As a street performer rule number one is: never just invite yourself to jam. Wait til theyre done with a song, ask em if you can join. But you dont just join mid song.
Incorrect, if you're on the street, the world is your stage, and you have to be welcoming to anyone that wants to stand on it with you. If you want a personal venue, then, get one, get on stage, get security, and perform normally. Otherwise, be open to the idea of people randomly introducing themselves into your space and music. Now, if they like, grab you, or mess with your instruments that's a different story. But if someone randomly got up in front of both of them, or even behind them, and started dancing, welcome it.
