When youtube auto-loaded the next video while I wasn't paying attention, when I heard this I legit just assumed it was Touhou track I hadn't heard yet.
(Behind Read More for Spoilers) I mean, a few of the final bosses (Star Dream, Void Termina, Magolor's chase phase, etc.) are some form of bullet hell already, so that shouldn't be too far off, they have shown they are capable of it, so who knows?

Wow! This is a great Take on this theme! It sounds different from other remixes but still really captures the feel of the original piece.
