Sage, great video. I know you're a big part of the community but it's so nice to actually SEE you out there with other people. Reminds me of all the good times I've had with group runs and how I need to get back into it. Thanks for sharing and try to do a video like this once a month as it's lighthearted and inspiring without being about how fast you are.
I ran up to green mountain today! It nearly killed me! lol IM from Houston . Jake in the Ranger cottage told me about that trail. I wish I could of ran with y'all. Y'all lucky to have such a beautiful playground!!
"Hi, everybody! Welcome to our little running group; we'll be doing a nice, casual run up the mountain today, just for fun and relaxation. Oh, yeah, we'll be running with Sage Canaday. Do try to keep up."
Nice video, Sage! I was searching for "Rocky Mountain Runners Hell Week" and stumbled upon this video. I didn't even know it was a VO2max production until you peaked in about 3.5 minutes into the video. Excellent representation of the awesome trail running groups in Boulder. Btw, let me know if you know how I can get involved with hell week :-)
Mike H. Try going to Boulder on a Saturday or Sunday. It feels like the whole town is hiking, biking, or running. It makes you want to be active if you aren't already!
Great Video! I was wondering if Sage or somebody with experience could suggest me a proper shoe or more on what to focus in a shoe after a knee operation?
What kind of camera do you shoot this footage on? Also do you use any software for image stabilization? The video looks great considering you are filming on rugged mountain trails!
lucky those that have such trails at their doorstep!
and so many running friends
I've always wanted to see this from you...community running. For that reason, this is one of the best.
Talented runner Sage and talented at holding a camera!
Love these videos! No blah, just people running. Fell like I am there in the run!
Thumbs up for running with the tribe. 👍
Trail runner from St Louis, Mo here. We have bluffs but they are nothing like the trails in Boulder. Look forward to running out there someday.
Awesome trail and great closing with the dog. Nice.

Am i the only one wondering how he manage to film in all these angles without dying ?!
lengend175 holy crap! I didn't even notice that!
No, you're not. I'd have had to focus all my concentration into not face-planting into granite.
Was just thinking the same thing! I go running there and you have to watch your footing constantly:)

that's why i explore the canyons during the weekends... too much traffic on the trails.
real smooth
Running down on technical trails like that is soo much fun. But you better don't hit the floor...
great video. hope to join you guys someday!

Yay Pacer cameo!
wow the cameraman must be a good runner 🤔😶😏
Cool vid man! Prost!
i need to come run this trail. i miss colorado
Awesome video! Such beautiful trails out there in Boulder! What equipment are you using in this video?
Spring came early there
1:32 greatest elevation gain for my area reached.
never been so early!!!
Good Doggo

Dope ass video
What group is this? I'm new to Boulder and would love to run w a crew like you guys.
What gear(s) do you use so it can be stable while running?
Awesome footage. How do you get the shots with runners behind you? I assume you are going too fast to run backwards.
Jennifer Withrow Probably inverted the camera while running forward.
What's your camera setup on these runs?
What month did they run this? Just curious..........
Slow down, save your knees. (especially on rocky trails.)
What is the name of this trail?
I'm so confused- where is their water????!
If it's only 2600' vertical gain and 50 degrees Fahrenheit outside, does one need to bring water?
you Boulderites are spoiled with great trails.
Solve the footage ! But worry if it's worth the risk for you .
funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
Am I the only one who wanted to see the injury?
Jacob Provençal yea you are the only one
