- I recently listened to a podcast where one of the founders of Innocent Drinks, Richard Reed, talked about how the company first began. It is a fascinating story with a unique method to decide if their idea was a viable business. I've shared that story here.

Love the music! Awesome story, I really like this new style of storytelling :)
Be aware, that most of these innocent drinks nowadays must be rather fructose, which spikes insulin, and add to the already heavily charged metabolism with to much fast metabolize sugar without the fibers, insulin converts sugar to fat, and the lower resulting blood sugar makes hungry, so we eat more, which leads to a new generation of pre-diabetes obese.
With 2 glasses a day, I ended up collecting 2 pounds of fat every month, wondering where they came from.
I started having strange problems with my eyes, I felt very bad after physical training, and my hands and fingers got inflammation.
Until I stopped going Innocent, the pounds dropped and the problems vanished.
I recommend to avoid Coca Cola Products, honestly.
This video isn't a book summary but is a story I had to share with you all. Richard Reed is a co-founder of Innocent Drinks, known for their smoothies. I listened to him being interviewed on a podcast earlier in the week and found his story about how the company became a start-up, fascinating.
