You know, I feel pathetic when I think that sometimes I can only get support by reading comments like this. In life, it’s not very often that without any reason they can simply tell you that they love you or give you a surprise. You definitely need a reason or a reason. And sometimes there is simply not enough time even to talk with the people closest to you. And it’s paradoxical that it’s these moments that can help a person become truly happy. They are always at hand, but most often they are not used while doing something else. You live and dream that your life is about to change, it will become different, there will be time for all the activities and things that you want to do. But the time doesn’t come and doesn’t come until the very end, and then you really understand that you’ve missed everything that can be done. Therefore, that very last strongest happiness before death can be felt by that person who dies with a pure soul, mind and heart. In general, this long comment is just a momentary impulse of inspiration and meloncholy, just an infinitesimal piss on the beach. Yes, no one will see this, and if they see it, they will forget it immediately after reading it. @@HHHHHHHHH_H, then laugh. Life plays jokes on anybody & everybody. Sometimes I just turn off the phone and run the electric fan for the white noise. Or I listen to the sound of my own steady breathing. Inhale (think the tide rises), exhale (tide recedes). Repeat that.
I experienced some temporary shame & embarrassment when a volunteer brought me all this great food. Then depression. But I remembered I was short on sleep as well as nutrition, so I went to pray, take a nap. OK. Nap time.
It’s midnight, and I'm currently going through a deep depression. I have a great wife and kids, a well-paying job, and a lovely house, but I never felt so alone. I tried to do everything right but never truly felt alive. I feel burnt out and going through the motions to make the others around me happy. I’ve never been a monetary person, but I want to prove the best life as a husband and father. It feels like nothing can truly make me happy but to follow the day-to-day life to make others happy around me. This music clams me for the moment, and I thank you. I just hope that I can truly get out of this depression because I know that your time on this earth is very precious….

I hear you. Same situation here. I’m the provider and that often means putting aside our desire to take care our wants and wishes, and even needs, for the sake of the family. It won’t be forever, but right now that’s our purpose and we’re lucky to be able to do what we do. We will have our time again.
Go dark use this music if you haven’t already to focus on your physical fitness and get right. Wake before everyone else does, and there you’ll find something that just might align everything else that is out of balance. Find solace in voluntary suffering through cold showers, sauna going on a run or a workout and putting yourself through that every morning by yourself. I pray for you find a better situation ♥️💯

Some of us are just not made to be happy. Maybe it's not, what we are here for... Maybe it's not the goal of our existence. Happy times in my life just flew by unrecognised. Dark times of suffering and pain made me feel, made me appreciative, made me live in the moment. Conscious, sweaty, heavy breathing, hungry, pain, working to total exhaustion. Intense... Real... Alone...

I need this, I had to put my childhood dog down yesterdayand I’ve never felt more empty and alone in my life. I did everything with her and it hit so unexpected, everything feels weird to me now and I’ve tried everything to make this feeling go away, I’m only 17 but I hope this can help me bc I can’t sleep, eat, go out, or even talk to ppl. I just hope that this helps💔

I need to calm down. I was invited to watch movies with some people. At first I was going to say no, but my crush was there. So I went. In the movie theater I sat next to her. I was shaking from this alone. When the movie ended, it was raining outside. Everyone else ran to the mall to get out of the rain but I decided to play in it. I guess she found that cute and joined me. Everyone else left and it’s just her. I am not a very popular person. I’m well known but not for good things. Mostly because of my suicide attempts. I’m sitting in my car in the parking lot shaking uncontrollably. It is difficult to type this. I want to tell her how I feel. I want to so bad.
