Another banger video mate, a little bit of constructive criticism though, consider putting some music in the background, it kind of just fills some empty space that is there, I guess that I'm biased to that though because I play in a band and my job is to fill the empty space, but yeah, I feel like it would make the video a lot better.

slush just a quick tip on the gym routine. I would personally pair triceps and chest, biceps and back because they just pair better. bench is chest but it is also extending your arm which is tricept and the back is mostly pulling in which is also bicept i just personally think it would be better
Honestly, if he is still a newbie I think he could benefit to dedicating a muscle group one day a week since he goes 6 days a week. Also, he could do 1 exercise for other muscle groups during those days to be able to hit them twice a week.

when you eat chia seeds they have a lot of fiber so they fill you up and they also expand in your stomach making you stay full longer and its best to eat them with something like your doing already with the smoothy or like yogurt. or peanut butter. Great Vid btw

Hey slush, quick diet tip for you to be able to actually eat food early when you wake up is to simply drink a big glass of water since you haven't drinken anything for the past 7-10 hours. Also, to help you eat bigger meals with higher amounts of calories try to eat more carbs like pastas or bagels along with good sources of proteins that have a good amino acid profiles like chicken, fish, beef, etc as they are easier to eat large amounts of. But, be careful with how many carbs you eat because it can very quickly make your cholesterol spike. And also try not to drink anything with your meals as you will feel more full. And last but not least get in your normal portions of fruits and Vegetables! Hope this helps you a little

Best way to bulk is dirty bulk especially for ectomorphes like me and you! Trust me don’t have eat crazy bad foods buy freshman year collage meal plan plus a bulking drink with creatine like Russian bear or beef protein bulking shake you’ll be set.
