    The Beginning
    Last session we used this as a finisher, where the client gradually started to fatigue after 5 laps. However, 2 sessions later we see a significant improvement in fitness and dynamic movements.
    To challenge his fitness we ended with suicide sprints.
    Not only did he finish the task, he pushed his limits and exceeded them by not giving up & fighting through the pain barrier. These improvements are signicant in regards to his overall performance, and his ATHLETIC FORTITUDE.
    Follow the journey - this is just the beginning. 👌 👊
