Helsloot serves up an exclusive new version of 'In Your Hands' (feat. Yorina). The original appeared on his Never Tried LP back in May.
Get Physical Music mainstay Thomas Helsloot's latest album and all the associated singles have proven once more that few artists have mastered melody like him. It was a work that again found him distilling a life's experience and skills into a range of personal and engaging tracks. One of its standout singles was 'In Your Hands' which he has now reworked with more of a club-ready groove.
The new version of the track still features the angelic tones of Yorina, a French DJ, model, musician and singer who has been involved in the industry since 2018 and has released critically acclaimed EPs and played all over Europe. Here her vocal soars next to churchy chords and more pixelated leads. There is a sense of melancholy in those elements while the drums are subtly uplifting and detailed with organic percussion hits and shakers. It's a great new perspective that will lead to plenty of unforgettable moments in the club.
