Am really worried about him plz help me .
Check if he feel teriffied or feel any fear from own parents or peoples with whom he used to live be. Talk to him with kidness and the information which you can get - do not use for own interest but to chenge yourself first, because he is the reflection of your actions, so be careful not to damage him even more. Make sure that own parents are not any kind of psychopath. If yes, then parents MUST change ownself, before trying to change the behavior of kids.

I found for myself that listening ruqyah which reciter is doing ruqyah repeating verses - have more impact than ruqyah reading 1/4 of Quran. Also, the more intense voice, the quicker reactions.
Probably you will need to listen to different ruqyah to find what are reactions. Then you can start healing the source also, not just the consequences.

Check your problem with doctor before you judge that you are affected by any spiritual things.
Make ruqyah over yourself.
