Hey Mr Biggs. That was a beautiful glazed Pork Picnic. Nicely done. You walked us through the process. Glad you liked the Hot N Spicy sauce. Also love how you went ahead and built that pocket sammich with a premix of your toppings. Had my mouth watering for sure. Great job and great video.
Nine plus hours....well worth it Chris!! Like the hollowed out bun for the sandwich, the PIF sauce must me delicious! Great music as always!! You're the man!!
"Not measuring, just making" LOL, love it. Just discovered your channel in my search on how to smoke a pork shank. And as luck would have it, I just received my ThermaPro Dual Probe Thermometer and was wondering what that "Probe Holder" was for and how to use it. DUH, its a Probe Holder! Hey Bigg Man! I know you're loving the ease and convenience of use of the Bigg Redd! Easy vent adjustments and easy ash removal! So much easier than a WSM. Love that Thermal Mass! 👍 Very clever how you covered the skin. Did make for a nice presentation when you painted it with the PIF. The picnic has more depth of flavor than a butt. Liked how you incorporated the condiments in also! That was one hell of a nice bun right there. Liked how you scooped it out! I think we've all been there........hurry up it's getting late and we're hungry! :-)
Haha you’re like me, ripping into the cook while it’s still blazing hot. That kettle turned into almost a WSM is still so cool. The color and flavors on that pulled pork, spot on Biggs! Have a great week brother!
very nice
Tasty
What did you do with the skin
Did those accessories come with the grill? If not, what did you get the setup?

Awesome job bro. First I've seen with wrapping the skin with a cloth. That's a pretty cool idea.
