Hey I just left teaching in August 23. Its tough out there, just to get recruiters to consider the transferable skills you have to offer. There are a lot of recruiters out there asking for a whole list of skills and experience but not paying the salary that this is worth.
One should take great care in providing too much personal information to chatgpt. I say treat it like a billboard on a highway. Thanks for the video. After a hiatus, I am getting back in the egame.

When I started to tailor my CV to each job post, it was taking like 30 min to apply to each job, in compared to applying for 8 jobs per hour using a generic cv. Is it bad that 30 min being wasted for each job? Or should I stick with the genetic cv way? BTW I live in portugal.... Please guide me which path should I follow...

I put my resume in the chat gpt with my name and phone number. You said not to put it on there in the middle of your video. Please say that at the beginning so no one else makes that mistake. What will happen?
This could bite you in the backside in the end. One thing I have heard is that employers may hire you, but if you aren't as smart as your resume they will find out with your work performance. Then, they fire you.

This is great. A functional resume template would be GREAT for those of us who are trying to get back into the workplace after being home with kids.
