January - Boxes are introduced to the PAB Wall. LEGO tells us the price will stay the same & we will still get the $0.50 discount to re-use our old boxes.
April - LEGO raises prices & old boxes no longer get a discount.

I did notice the rise in prices. As far as I know I’m still getting a discount…but I think I should check my receipt.
