Codie Sanchez is a national treasure. This information is gold - can't wait to mint it to help drive change. Share these lessons! Our takeaway that we'll be sharing regarding what needs to change to improve America - to turn things around, 2 things need to change to right the ship: 1.) we need to take away purchasing small businesses from these institutions 2.) we need to take away purchasing homes from these institutions. How? By taking away the 3 advantages that Codie lays out. The solution must be simple so that we can make the ask simple for lawmakers. One simple solution is to add special taxes for homes that are not inhabited by the owners. We can give each natural person a small number of exceptions - perhaps each person can own up to 3 rental properties (we still want people to be able to own rental properties within reason). To address businesses... we'll have to think more on that one but it's a solvable problem. Right now BlackRock is trying to FURTHER avoid taxes through a loophole using Bitcoin. Love this!! I am preparing myself to buy a small business within the next 5 years. This is great information! I know I still have a lot to learn but videos like these are very helpful! Thank you.
❣️Thank you for this wonderful discussion. ❣️Now we can buy and sell futures of local community members in our local area. ❣️ I've always wanted to own a small business. I love the smell of 💩money🤣
I saw this in college.. I’m also Hispanic and first gen immigrant.. I saw the best way for me to retire (didn’t even think about the money) is to build several small service businesses because everyone else will be climbing the ladder or chasing tech.. while I like tech and I think it’s faster to generate money.. I’m a on hands man.. so I have started with a construction business, landscape and lawn care, and now I’m on my way to roofing and dumpster rental… wish me luck it’s not easy
I still don’t understand the saying, if you get a dog don’t do the barking for it. I tried googling for the meaning but nothing came up. Anyone help me out, please? Thanks!
Getting institutional money out of real estate would help the affordability of real estate in our country. It's ridiculous that the government doesn't do anything about this. It makes it impossible for people to get in the market now and destabilizes local communities. Not everything needs to be for making money. They should limit how many entry level homes can be bought by PE. Period. Let people get started. Keep the PE money out of properties less than $700K or $1M. Then everyone would prosper - get them in the market and let them get some assets so they could be upwardly mobile and then everyone could get in and win longterm.
Most PE companies invest in commercial real estate and businesses. PE invest small percentage in residential. Me personally I have no desire to invest in residential properties.
I love Cody, but the richest woman in the world did not start with a "roofing company"! It's Françoise Bettencourt Meyers with a net worth of $99.5 billion. Bettencourt Meyers is the granddaughter of Eugène Schueller, the founder of L'Oréal. She owns almost 35% of the cosmetics company, which includes brands like Maybelline, Kiehl's, and Lancôme. Been the richest woman in the works the last 4 years in a row!

don't hire a person to do a job and you are doing their job for them

So who’s job is more important? The guy cleaning up. No one else can do their job without them.
