For Making Dough:
2 cups wheat flour
Salt as per taste
Water as required
To Making Filling:
5-6 boiled mashed potatoes
2 mid-size chopped onion
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp mango powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp grated ginger
1-2 chopped green chilies
Few curry leaves
2 tsp oil
2-3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
To Make Tacos:
Aloo filling
Coriander chutney
Cheese as required
Butter
