• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp ajwain
• Water as required
To make the veg filling:
• 4 medium size chopped onion
• 4 medium size chopped tomatoes
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp pav bhaji masala
• 1-2 chopped green chillies
• 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
• 2 tsp Oil
• 2-3 tbsp chopped coriander powder
To make roti sandwiches:
• Roti
• Pyaz tomato filling
• Some coriander sauce
• Butter
