Banh Mi Recipe with Apple Smoked Brats

In this banh mi recipe I took the flavors typical with a banh mi sandwich and replace the meat with smoked brats.
I used Apple Traeger pellets and set my smoker to 325 degrees. My internet brat temperature target is 160 degrees to ensure these brats are fully cooked.
The flavor of the slaw combined with the apple smoked brats brought out some amazing flavors that you will want to give a try.
