I haven’t watched the video but I do hope that the balloons were popped after as a lot of times balloons that are set off into the sky cause harm to passing birds with their wings, feet, and necks getting caught in the strings. Another part is that when they pop without being cleaned up animals can choke on the plastic or have problems digesting food for themself.
