  • This is our favorite hotel in Oaxaca, Mexico! It's just 1 block away from the Zocalo and perfect for enjoying the celebrations and festivals that Oaxaca offers. With Guelaguetza just around the corner, if you are planning to attend, we recommend booking well in advance!

This video was not sponsored. We stayed at Hotel Trebol during the Day of the Dead celebrations in Oaxaca, MEX and it was perfect for us! It is within walking distance of so many things to do in Oaxaca.
We think it would also be a great hotel to stay at if you plan to come for the Guelaguetza Festival in July because it is less than a 10 min taxi ride to the Guelaguetza Auditorium.
We stayed in a King AC room with a balcony that looks out onto the street where we could enjoy the multiple daily Day of the Dead parades. It is also across the street from the famous Benito Juarez Market!
When we stayed they had a complimentary breakfast, with a different rotating menu each morning. Their dining area was lovely and bright, but we also loved eating in their gorgeous courtyard!
With free wi-fi, , warm water, a 3 minute walk to the Zocalo, and within a short walking distance to many shops and restaurants, we would stay there again! And we did!
We highly recommend this hotel :D

The only thing to consider is that there is no elevator in this hotel, but if you don't mind, or do not need one, this is the perfect hotel in Oaxaca!
    Hotel Trebol is located at:
