I love how your content ACTUALLY goes through the GM and tells you how to do it rather than load up the regular strike and just run through it. Not really useful to me since I know most of this stuff, but if I found your content sooner I'd probably be crutching your videos because of how insightful they are. Despite not being more well known in the community, you're definitely one of my favorite Destiny channels to watch because you actually know a thing or two about the game and don't have to resort to clickbait to get the views. It's definitely a move in the right direction. Now they need to keep making more of the game accessible. Like legend and master nightfalls should give you the option to solo que or pair you with randoms. That's just my opinion of course
They really just need to remove levels because it’s agony to try and figure out what levels you need to do in order to actually level up. I can’t enjoy this game when I need to do like 60 hours of chores every season in order to be able to play.
You should do a “nightfall QnA” where you just talk about what’s on your mind, state of the game, questions from the community. Sometimes I just want to hear you give your opinions on things
Always great content sir. Love the commentary. You make it look so easy. Only tried this a couple of times with a full team and it went horribly wrong. I think Reddit and other places have said this is a really easy GM so people are not playing this smartly, as you do in the vid, and are just trying to speed run it. I can't believe I'm seeing people LFG'ing for GM's with NO mods equipped. Insane.
I have been running this setup since the GM dropped and it is so nice. I thought I would miss devour but I really don’t even notice it. Plus the constant void buddy is so perfect
I should try out voidwalker without devour... Honestly never thought about it as whenever I think void warlock, I think devour. It's gonna feel different, but I'm sure it'll be great

Insanely quick super too. I thought I would miss the devour, but in GMs it is hard to consistently get that kill to proc it. I have not taken this build off for anything.
Yes! I just posted my run using a similar loadout and you're 100% right on Voidwalker being amazing for ad clear! I think I had something like 50 fails with Novabomb over three different seasons. Saw your vid on the Titan run and you didn't run bubble, and then it clicked in my head that I needed to use an ad clear super since that's the biggest issue for me. 18:55 ahhh I didn't know that's the strat!
would be cool if you show off Collective Obligation in this gm with your prefered build for it! also keep in mind: because of the changes of how we will be able to stun champions next season(from twab) collective can stun barrier with volitile and overloads with suppression. and if its unstoppable pulse on top of that you have 1 weapon that technically can stun all 3 champs! obviously its most likley not gonna play out as smooth as i imagine in gms but it still sounds fun!
Or as a hunter being able to suppress with smoke and handle barriers with volatile rounds...gives me a reason to never have to not be a nighstalker which is my favorite hunter class
Hi mate ! Managed to clear it on solo Master yesterday with a Void Warlock and Wishender. Might be the time to try solo GM. Thanks for sharing the build. I never thought about going there without DEVOUR. That's scary ;)
I was wondering the same . I feel it is a wasted potential not to use void primary exotic with void burn in this GM . I did few runs on stasis lock with graviton and it felt good , it hits 3-4k on frozen targets thanks to stasis fragment and primary weapons
I haven't game for some years now but does the exploit still work on boss fight don't kill the legionnaires...to prevent more spawn waves? I’m more afraid of the Overload because of how quickly they regenerate, the fact that they chase you, and how the game can’t figure out when to stun them. They’ve been a buggy annoyance since Shadowkeep. Barriers might be more lethal but they’re easy to cheese. Same with unstoppable.
Do you stream? You have some interesting takes on weapons and I like to hear your thoughts in a more long form. I too agree with you on Revision Zero it takes far too much to proc the shot, I feel like no one is being honest about it's limits.
what alternative special weapon would you recommend to those who don't have a blinding void gl? Would say a solar blinding gl (empty vessel) be the next best thing?
You could use a kinetic one and use Graviton Lance / Collective Obligation too since they're void pulse rifles. Damage wise won't be as good as outbreak, but they can be good for crowd control
I decided to use a volile rounds biuld with graviton and that worked pretty well outbreak is always great so I might have to do a run with it and a devils ruin run is mandatory
Soloed the master but not this GM or any tbh but I can almost taste the solo completion! The twab and blog post has so much stuff to process that I'm not sure anyone can predict the reality accurately! Can't even farm armour now for next season as we're yet to see the way each of of the parts will work now? Build craft will definitely be easier for certain the rest is whatever works in reality! The raid race will be hilarious as I doubt that it will be stable by then!?
Love that new lights can try GMs now. On Wlock I'll still use void as that's the burn and love NovaWarp to revive others, too. Solo, I'll try your build as I believe Outbreak is my fav anti barrier. On my solo run used it. Yes, new exotic pulse is basically a PvP gun, horrible fo GMs, even Heist battlegrounds! Nice run. I don't remember getting flinched so much when warping boss! Perhaps concussive was neede? I did this run without Striking light but took longer. It's easy if one is patient. Harder when one is carrying new lights!!! Kind of surprized
Revision zero feels really sluggish and I don't like it either. A slightly better choice could be graviton lance for this gm. Graviton got loaded with good perks: antibar + vorpal + turnabout + void burn + good add clear potential. Unfortunately it feels sluggish too lol

I remember getting the outbreak it felt so good then the catalyst. Are people able to just get the weapon now without doing outbreak mission. Obviously it isn't in game but assuming now anyone can get it?
I'm trying to get the timing right when I step on the first of the 3 plates.. Does another wave of enemies only spawn when all the adds are dead? As in, should I leave one add up and melt the boss down? Or will another wave spawn even with one add remaining?
Was also very disappointed by Revision Zero with all the bells and whistles put on it. Simply not up to the task, to the level I'd want it to be. Another top tier run, show-casing multiple viable builds and sub-classes. The best out there.
It needs more ammo or punch per bullet, or both. The slow reload also hinders it. 4th times the charm doesn’t help with the small ammo count. I know they have separate stats for PvE and PvP. They’ve divided them since Halo 1. So I don’t get why they were so afraid to buff Revision 0 for PvE. That reserved and fearful mentality is Y1-levels of crap.
Funny you mention running through like a titan freight train because I've recently tried out a Behemoth + Stronghold + Lament build from a youtuber named Selfu (I think was his name?) And I've been rushing into every crowd I could, and face tanking all ads and bosses and it is THE most fun I've had in this game. I do get screwed over by teammates though, they like to shoot unstoppable cabal flamethrower tanks while I'm trying to get a Lucent Finisher for ammo and they end up not only denying me of ammo, but also almost killing me in the process 😅
I was hoping Revesion Zero is gonna be good, with those perk options, vorpal, armor piercing ect.. am suprised its bad in GMs.. I tested Gravtion Lance, since its pulse barrier, void burn, and they added vorpal to its catalys, but it was not as good as i was hoping its gonna be, IMO at least, so I went back to Outbreak.
Yeah, was pretty let down by the final version of revision zero. You can techincally get up to 8 sniper shots if you use the 2 burst mode, but it's way too much hassle to do, and using the 2 burst mode takes longer to charge up your sniper shots. Hope Bungie tweaks the weapon a little, buff snipers in Lightfall (which also buffs Revision Zero).
Can u run a nightfall with collective obligation according to bungie in lightfall volatile will break barrier champion shields and suppress will stun overlords and collective obligation has both what do u guys think?
Is anyone else having issues in this particular GM with enemies teleporting, blinking back into existence after dying & damage glitching?? I've been trying to clear this one for hours & I keep dying to this BS. I just shut everything down in a rage
Yes i have seen it occur from time to time. Your only way to defend against that is blinding grenades Gl. Even if they teleport they should be still blinded at the very least. Best of luck with your runs 👍👍
I end up using my lightweight pulse rifles (Ogma and Stay Frosty (dawning pulse)) as tools more than weapons. Both of my rolls have adaptive munitions. Lets me have a weapon that stuns anti barriers in 2-3 bursts
Sadly the Charged with Light stuff that is to come sounds like a overall Mods nerf in general. Like the mods now are too good and work too well. they're going to sunset a lot of mods and give us a new set. The new set will be easier to learn and will work basically at all times and you really wont see a difference because you already used stuff like this, but the new stuff wont be as good...
@@Chablo91 i like it on contraverse because when you get a kill with your vortex nade while devour is active you get 20% grenade energy back. So as long as contraverse perk procs twice on the boss or any ad, you get the whole nade back to cycle again

Revision Zero is literally a pvp gun, everything about it just screame for people to take it into pvp hell one of the first changes they made to it was to fix it's pvp sniper glare

You can, it will do you well.

Barriers might be more lethal but they’re easy to cheese. Same with unstoppable.
I find overloads the easiest with Le Monarque or Thunderlord. Use void or stasis grenades and Lord Kelvin’s Basilisk is another option.
@@captainwin6333 Yep, Le Monarque is my favorite for stunning ovetloads. Even then, they can bug out, have infinife ammo and just not stun sometimes.

I ran Graviton with Militia’s Birthright and Royal Entry. Graviton is slept on. Have Vorpal and Turnabout is huge in GMs.

This Gm is easy to solo. No need for crazy builds. Just know where to stand and don't run thru like a titan freight train. You will be fine.

How does having an exotic primary give you more heavy?
It just does. Higher drop rate when using an exotic primary. I guess as an incentive to use them.
Its an intrinsic perk to all exotic primarys. They changed this ages ago.

I think they needed to be nerfed.
Playmaking should be the most critical thing. Not mods, mods should just be an extra layer of goodness

Yeah durability isn't needed. Debuffs uptime was better against kargen
