Interesting to see dry bread and Indian tacos in Oregon. (My home state). I was first introduced to this concept when I lived in Utah. Also similar is the fried scones. But I am now in Oklahoma and there are Indian tacos everywhere here. I’m a fan! And have learned to make them myself. I also have learned about the history behind the fried bread. A case of “making lemonade when you are handed lemons”.

"Navajo" tacos, killer. Fry bread, heart attack on a plate, sooo good.
